Software to Stop RP Hit Pieces?

Here's my software wish for anybody who has contacts at Google or other appropriate browser software designers.

It comes in 2 parts:
1 - I want a browser where I can blacklist a particular author from my internet searches. (I know I can already blacklist a specific web site, but I want to target the author) Say I search for Ron Paul, and get a list of articles. One of them is a poorly written piece of BS propaganda. I click on the Blacklist button and that author never comes up again in my internet searches.
2 - After an author is blacklisted, somehow, the web site where the offending article was published, is informed about the blacklisting. The data might just be publicly available or perhaps, there is some way to actively send notice to the 'employer'.

What do you think? Can we make sure the media gets the message? The best way to speak to these folks is through the pocketbook. When they stop getting advertising revenue because people no longer read articles from their propaganda writers, maybe they'll get the message.
