Sorry for the delay in posting. I had some trouble with youtube. Here is the whole speech. I panned to Congressman Raul Labrador a couple of times to see if he was clapping... after all, it WAS the tea party that swept him into office 2 years ago. Ron Paul WILL win Idaho.
