Look at the statement and imagine you are talking about someone named " Bob" rather than Ron.

I support someone like just like " Bob". That means someone other than Bob. Bod is just the bellwether in this statement, an " ideal" that someone else also represents because they are " just like Bob".

because there's another guy who has been in congress for over 30 years and voted against every bailout, every tax increase, every unconstitutional war, the patriot act, warrant-less searches, every police state measure, every unbalanced budget, every time. Since I am into politicians "like" Ron Paul, you would think I would know about these other guys. Funny..... but it seems like there isn't anyone "like" Dr. Paul, so I just stick with Dr. Paul.

he has got lots more learning and experience to equal a pimple on his Dad's ass. He is a more eloquent speaker, but honestly Ron's speaking is what makes him NOT a politician, it makes him an honest, approachable, real human. Ron has been on the right side of morality for 40 some years. The jury is still out on Rand. I remember just two or three years ago and Rand repeatedly used the words 'deficit' and 'debt' interchangeably. He has come along way and I hope he has his Dad's integrity more than anything else. Senator may be a big title, but it does not automatically make you a real deal.
