I just have this ridiculous memory...what to do with it now?
Love of God , Love of Country, Love of family, Love of Life, Love of Liberty. I would take a bullet for this man.
scored 27, but I'm happy that
scored 27, but I'm happy that I didn't fall for the trick question about which president was born in Texas. I remember from the 90s that GWB was born in the northeast and moved to Texas later in his life. Then I began to narrow it down. I figured it couldn't be Nixon, since he had no accent, and I knew Reagan was from California, so I knew it must have been Eisenhower, even though I have no actual knowledge of him being from there.

I am a veritable font
of useless trivia.
29. (Missed #23)
I bet Obama would flunk this test, which should demonstrate how useful it is. Does anyone in our government actually care what the Amendments to the Constitution say? Or what the Constitution says? Or about the events of American history?
Aside from that old guy, whatshisname.

How do we not have an official language?
Because nobody thought it
Because nobody thought it necessary until recently, everybody just assumed that if you came to the United States you learned English.
Now there are too many non-English speaking immigrants who would be extremely offended by our racism* if congress tried to make English the official language, so it won't happen.
* racism -- any action or attitude opposed by somebody who isn't white.
A dismal 23

27 - Instead of the trick Texas question they should
throw in this one:
Which amendment grants us the right to freedom of speech?
25
Is it really a measure of our patriotism to know who was born in Texas? I hardly think it's important to know what state our presidents were born in, unless of course the answer is none. *Snicker*
Ironically, real journalism would reveal to American citizens that broadcast news has become a racket.
27 Missed 22, 28, 30... Thxs
