This is an idea, and maybe it's a good one. Let's discuss it.
Is there a way that we could compile a list of pre-written caucus speeches? Maybe some that would like to caucus for the Dr. would find this helpful. I think it would be a lot of fun to post speeches, and maybe have dialogue that would improve them.
We could try to put together a few dozen and then people could use them at the caucuses.
Any thoughts?

Caucus Speech
The campaign has preapproved speeches for people who will be speaking on behalf of Dr. Paul. If you are writing your own speech they would like you to run it by the campaign for approval. Words and their meanings have consequences and a misstated position can have a negative results. From many of the comments I have read here it appears that few here are working with the campaign in their state to get the "Doc" the nomination. Many questions and comments I have read on DP could have been answered if the
individual was connected to their state organization. The supporters in Idaho that I'm working with are not spending their time online. We have a weekly conference call where information is shared and issues and problems are resolved. We have a statewide coordinator and three area coordinators [north, south and east Idaho], county leaders and precinct leaders and their team all working together to get Dr. Paul the nomination. 14 counties in Idaho have no Ron Paul group. Thats one third of the counties in Idaho. We need help from the DP's in Idaho as there is only 13 days till the caucus and a lot of work to be done.

While caucus speeches really need to be tailored to...
the local audience, posting generic speeches here would be useful, as someone who wanted to tailor the speech could contact the writer for suggestions.

This could really only backfire if someone in your caucus had already read the speech, but if they log in here, they're liable to get assimilated anyway. :-)
I'll see what I can come up with. The first thing I ever did when I got politically active over 15 years ago was write a speech for a candidate near me. Haven't done much of it since, but I write all the time....

Always Thinking of Arguments
I'm in. I'm always thinking of ways I would proclaim this or that aspect of Paul's platform. And would I compare his opponents to Stalin or Goebbles? Well... I don't go that far.
I'd be more than willing to share my stuff and maybe get some kick-ass ideas from everyone.
