Straw Polls

Straw polls and how we can control them. Wrap your head around this idea for a moment. I think we are hurting ourselves by bombing these polls. When Ron Paul wins a poll by 15,20,30% it is unrealistic to expect Dr. Paul to win with these percentages and is therefore rejected as irrelevant.
Now contrast that with Dr. Paul winning by 3,5,7,8%. Now we have some more realistic numbers, and will be reported as Ron Paul edges out #2 by 3%. Get the idea where I'm going with this. I believe the more realistic the poll the better chance it has of being reported on.

Just my two cents.

Something's screwy with this poll.

I voted at 11:34 am est. Results still showed Paul with 777 votes!

Habit4ming, I am assuming that you voted before me. Correct?

Elections could really be this easy.

With the technology now, people could go to their place of voting, where a staffer would assist the voter to enter their social security number as a password, voting place, then slide them the mouse to select their vote. All trackable, all verifiable. How much easier could it be?

That's probably how

We got Diebold machines. And those results are all honest and verifiable, right?

Ironically, real journalism would reveal to American citizens that broadcast news has become a racket.

Thanks!

Some time, Rock, when the team is up against it, when things are wrong and the breaks are beating the boys, ask them to go in there with all they've got and win just one for the Gipper.
