How To Get Public Servants To Obey Their Oath - Plea of The Crown - King's Bench

Robb Ryder is James Madison's guest and discusses the recent successes using "Books of Authority" such as Blackstone's and Lord Coke. If you use anything out of these books on a "Plea of the Crown", get it notarized and then get the notary's certification it is recognized in any county court as a Superior Court Judgement which not even the supreme court can overturn.
The reason for that is because it's written from the King's Bench. You are still the King the founders made you. You have just been fooled into believing you are a slave by the BAR system lawyers who profit from your voluntary servitude.

The constitution is a contract. Public servants take and oath to defend the rights of the parties to the contract.
So how do become a party to the contract? Simply accept their oath of office, bind them to it, remind them of their fiduciary duty to you and ask them not to be a concealor.
For those who have heard the stories of people getting into trouble while trying to restore their personal sovereignty: You must understand that those of us sticking our necks out have chosen to do so and put our lives, fortunes and sacred honor on the line for you in order to bring you this information. While this used to be very dangerous to do, the research has led to peaceful non-confrontational process where you simply state what you believe the law is and they can rebut if they don't agree.
I'm pleased to report that after much hardship our work is finally bearing fruit which is now recognized by public servants and can be entered into any ongoing case where you feel your rights are being violated, with exciting results!

I'm PRAYing that RP supporters will start looking at the big picture and start spreading awareness that the key to our rights is knowing the law - getting RP elected is NOT our only hope.

The latest guy who pulled this off is from my home town! Tom is a great friend of mine (the guy who wrote the plea). This stuff is for real, people. It seems like we're definitely onto something. The latest guy, Jesse, got his case dismissed on the day that he most likely would have went to jail. This is so big.

Hey it just occurred to me why nobody can find the King's Bench. They are looking in all the wrong places. While listening to last night's show I kept kinda laughing to myself while this "mystery" of the King's Bench was being discussed.
If I'm the King, the King's Bench is wherever the heck I decide to put it :-P
So for me it's right here at my desk where I draw up my "plea of the crown."
Small world - glad you're here... if we can get DPers researching this stuff we could restore the republic before the next election - at that point as far as I'm concerned I could care less who is president. The president in a restored republic has very little power (as Ron has repeatedly tried to tell people). The republic can only be restored by people knowing they have one!

Exactly. I suspect whoever put the "search" idea into our heads were some kind of cointelpro because the idea that we would be searching for our own bench is just silly.
Also, I just want to say to anyone who listens to this and has any doubts. I have the email Robb sent out with the Plea of the Crown and the audio featuring Jesse and Tom. Jesse's name is on those things somehow even though he requested to leave it off. PLEASE do not contact him regarding any of this because he is a good man who was being victimized by the courts and his ex. My family knows him personally and he doesn't deserve anymore trouble than was already caused. His privacy MUST be respected. The case number is there so we can all keep an eye on this process. It isn't finished because it wasn't discharged.
