Gingrich supporter may give $100 million but hates when people influence elections
Submitted by Angel C on Wed, 02/22/2012 - 12:48Ready for the amusing bit? Adelson sat down for an interview with Forbes magazine. He told Forbes that he is against wealthy people influencing elections. (I guess he considers funding a presidential candidate as the acts of a bystander) He also has said that he dislikes negative campaigning (although the Super PAC he donated to, Winning Our Future, ran plenty of negative ads). It seems Adelson has a disconnect here.
He dislikes people influencing elections yet does it.
He dislikes negative campaigning yet donates to a Super PAC that does it.
This guy can actually afford to run a presidential campaign - (approx 1 billion) I wonder if Gingrich supporters know that he's been bought and paid for yet again...
