Rand sticks to principles

Sometimes it feels like he's selling out (Iran sanctions one thing, or that tired ol' "president Obama this" , "president Obama that" pandering). Then again other times he sticks to his principles. This is one of those cases. He's stalling a bill to add yet a few more substances to the idiotic and failed list of "controlled substances" even though he's under fire from both sides:
