If Princess Diana was "the people's princess", Ron Paul is "the people's president" - inspiring, enlightening and eliciting love in diverse people all over the world. Regardless of whether RP succeeds in being "elected" by the corrupt political process, he is now and ever shall be the people's President. People all over the world already consider him their "president".
