Thanks indeed for the compliment, but the real kudos go right out to that last dude in line. This impromptu video was taken live in one continuous shot and has no editing, other than the festive polka audio layer I added. Of course when I thought I would ask the last person in line that question, I had no idea what the response would be. As it turns out, his response was a Kodak moment every way.

I was there too!

What a great group of supporters. We got there a half an hour early and the line was a 100 yards long! Everyone was polite, respectfull and excited. From what I understand over 500 people were turned away as the pennicle has a capacity of about 1500.

PS we were too excited to be cold!

It's amazing the media can still get away with ignoring Dr. Paul

Without the people beating down their doors and tarring and feathering them.

I think we need to embarrass the media with a 24 hour Internet News channel, which reports the actual news truthfully.

Awesome!

Awesome!x2

Participate in America's future- Research Ron Paul- Truth will Prevail! You too, will be proud one day, to be able to say: "I was a Ron Paul supporter."

Proud to say

I was in that line. I saw Van Halen last Monday and Ron Paul yesterday. Heck of a week!

And there were a lot of young people there. At the same time, I was happy to see all ages represented.

It was surreal to see him in person. I got to chant "End the Fed" and "President Paul" at a Ron Paul rally!

40 seconds in

do you see that woman with her precious child in her arms!
Speaks volumes about the love for her child and her future!
May the Good Lord bless us with victory!

" In Thee O Lord do I put my trust " ~ Psalm 31:1~

Wasn't me, but...

I was almost at the front of the line with my 14mo old daughter. While my parents always voted, they were never engaged in the political process when I was young. I'm changing that for my daughter. She'll be voting with her daddy tomorrow morning and voting with me tomorrow afternoon. I want her to understand the process and want to be involved!

Making Room For New Recruits

I do hope that when the venues are full, that those who are already on board give up their seats to those who are undecided.

It would be a shame to shut out new recruits.

What do you think? http://consequeries.com/

"It Still Feels Great!"

Now, THAT attitude is the right one. One shouldn't have to be next to the "throne" itself as merely being nearby should be an honor.

This is wonderfully amazing

to me!!!

SC was NOTHING like this...I am so glad SC is NOT the norm.

Many, many kudos to all the effort the SC campaign put forth -not their fault the mentality here is so goofy.

The law cannot make a wicked person virtuous…God’s grace alone can accomplish such a thing.
Ron Paul - The Revolution

Setting a good example is a far better way to spread ideals than through force of arms. Ron Paul

The LYING Santorum said Ron Paul is not in Michigan.

I heard it on the Laura Ingrahm show tonight.

Santorum said unequivocally that RON PAUL IS NOT CAMPAIGNING AT ALL IN MICHIGAN.

More lies out of the Nazi Santorum's mouth.

Then he cried like a baby and said that Ron Paul was running lots of ads in Michigan - mostly anti-Santorum and not anti-Romney.

"We have allowed our nation to be over-taxed, over-regulated, and overrun by bureaucrats. The founders would be ashamed of us for what we are putting up with."
-Ron Paul

Let's not overlook

..the fact that we're in the right line!

When Fascism goes to sleep, it checks under the bed for Ron Paul!

The accordian music was a nice touch also.

My great-uncle used to play a mean accordion. It takes me back.

Ignore the media's lies and propaganda.

haha...

Both my mom & my hubby's dad used to play accordion. Perhaps it's time for an accordion rebirth... Nah. lol

I've said this before but I

I've said this before but I LOVE RON PAUL PEOPLE !

I got back from a Ron Paul Rally in Georgia today (unfortunately without the Doctor...) & as if that wasn't enough I see a video like this one.
Can one be too happy & serene ? :)

"Give me Liberty or give me death." Patrick Henry

Where are the youth?

I keep hearing about all the dope smoking young people who are his primary supporters, but if you study that line, I see very few youngsters. Plenty of gray hair.

I suggest you look again. I was at the

Ron Paul Rally at “The Pinnacle Center” in Hudsonville, MI and there were a lot of youth for Ron Paul there.

Maybe you were smoking too much dope when watching the video, to be able to tell the difference between gray hair and youngsters. lol
This video only shows one line and there were actually two separate lines to get into the event.
Besides, even though it was sunny and looked warm, it was really cold (in the 30s) and the wind made it feel like it was in the mid to low 20s. and because of this, people were dressed in warm clothing and you couldn’t really tell the age of people unless you really looked at them close.
The Rally was awesome and I'm glad I went.
People there were so excited and cheering all through his speech.
Here are some videos of the event;

I'm proud to be a Ron Paul supporter and will be Voting for him on Tuesday Feb. 28th 2012 and so will all the people I've educated about Ron Paul and his message of Liberty for America/Americans.

lol

take it easy, i think he was making fun of the fact that the msm labels Ron Paul supporters as all young college kids that only want to legalize marijuana.

I think your sarcasm detector is on the fritz

Pretty sure the point djinwa was trying to make is that MSM wants to paint Dr. Paul supporters as naive young ne'er do wells only interested in the legalization of drugs. Its this battle of ignorance that we're fighting.

In reality, much like the "unelectable" and "isolationist" narratives that are so prevalent, the message of liberty transcends demographics and doesn't seek to alienate any sector of society. Whether old, young, black, white, religious, non-religious, democrat, republican, independent etc., the one thing we can all agree with is this: Freedom is popular!

Those videos were great to watch

It's always nice to see Dr. Paul's family. His brother was there. I saw Carol and Linda when Ron Paul was in Seattle last week. It's good to see Carol looking well, for a while I was afraid that she was having health problems, but it looks like she has recovered.

As a supporter of Ron Paul from the 1980's, it is so great to see him finally getting the recognition he deserves.

one day RP is walking through

one day RP is walking through snow in Maine, then he's in sunny AZ with a high of 78 degrees, then the next day he's freezing in Michigan with driving wind...what a trip.

close to the front

I was up near the front of that line, and it was still very cold. The event was awesome. I had a friend who had went to a Santorum rally, and he said there wasn't nearly as many people at Santorums and wasn't as exciting, the people cheering for Dr. Paul made all the difference.

My thoughts:

Ok, THIS is encouraging and I'm thinking that if he doesn't win or have a good showing in Mi., we should consider "what the 'f' is up?"

IMO, we need to watch out for more fraud, or attempts at it... as usual. I'd recommend recording caucuses.

I can see where you are coming from here,

but it's much better for us to get more involved in the political process itself, rather than standing on the sidelines crying foul before or after the fact. Run for office, run for city council, run for central committee, attend the local county central committee meetings, etc. We need to be the ones pulling the strings and actually counting the votes, rather than the other way around. This coming from a longtime RP supporter who finally decided to get off his duff and run for office. Thank you Maine GOP!

Support growing in Michigan..

Up to 13% in recent polls. More and more people are listening.

Hopefully he will win Washington and THEN shit will get real.

Ron Paul, 24/7.

I am a fan of the music

and the guy at the end of the line.

"I observed...that the more public provisions were made for the poor, the less they provided for themselves, and of course became poorer. And, on the contrary, the less was done for them, the more they did for themselves, and became richer.” B. Franklin

I'd sure love to be at the end of a 100 mile long line.

Signs of winning.
