RON PAUL 2012!

From the campaign:

The help of fellow patriots from OUTSIDE Washington State is desperately needed on caucus day March 3rd. In Washington State, most caucuses are held in pooled locations where in many cases over 200 precincts meet in one location. We have a need for 150 out of state patriots to help keep the caucus counts honest, man tables and be a presence at pooled locations in the Seattle area from 8:30 AM to approx 11:30 AM. The most important things that anyone out of state can do to help Washington right now is:

  • Travel in if you can afford it and help at the pooled caucus
  • Phone from home
  • Contact every RP supporter you know in Washington State and go to www.waronpaul.com and “submit a supporter”

Many caucus goers don’t understand how the caucus process works and have never been to one before. By volunteering you’ll have the chance to keep the process honest, help new caucus goers and be a big part in delivering a WIN for Dr. Ron Paul!

Snohomish County Caucus Shenanigans

If you want to see a few things that happened in Snohomish County Washington, check this out.

The vote is rigged.

Spread this far and wide so people can understand that the vote is rigged.

The media continues to announce the primary results with less than 1% of the vote. It is impossible to do this. All the media is getting their polls from the same organization with 1/4 of one percent of the voters polled. It is a joke.

Skamania is for Ron Paul 52 percent's picture

Washington State Media Bias

Notice how Orbusmax hasn't updated - leaves Santorum in 2nd still after 11am. Click on their link to the WSRP it shows Paul clearly over Santorum.

Following up with dad today

I can't wait to get the AG letter about what happened in Children of the Corn (for Santorum) caucus and proceed.

I can't wait either...

Go get 'em. And please keep us posted! :)

Washington shows - We can Win!

Its all about informing the people about Ron Paul.

We need to inform the sleeping masses that rely solely on the mass media that blacks out Ron Paul or spins his message.
Lets get these flyers out in masses!
If every Paul supporter prints some hundred and puts them in their neighbourhood then we can change some minds and hearts!

They are for free!!! Everyone can print them and distribute them everywhere to inform the masses.

These flyers can change minds even 10 minutes before voting takes place.

Please spread the links and get as many flyers out as possible!

"We will be repeating the

"We will be repeating the robocall process in ID and ND, given the time crunch we will do these states where we have the best shot at winning...
Here's the previous thread, read the testimonials yourself near the end: STOP!!!! DO THIS IF YOU WANT TO WIN!! WA!!

As those who called with the list know, we had very good success. In fact a county coordinator here in WA personally called me to thank me for this effort because from Nov-Feb after their hard work they could only ID 600-700 people, but at the last 2 days when we started our robocalling and GOTV efforts in WA we had added to their database 400!!.. In other words we added almost as many ID'd Ron Paul people as they had ID'd in a span of 4 MONTHS!!!

He told me the surge happened in the last 2 days, and that is really when we are the ones who started the GOTV. Even the County Coordinator got our robocall

According to his own personal judgement our efforts added 300-400 votes in Snohomish County. And helped many Precinct leaders who couldn't find supporters through the campaign's supporter tracker system which was supporters ID'd from their PFH.

Now we need YOUR help to win in Idaho and ND!!! Time is of value and money is needed. Last time we relied on your support but ended up buying more robocalls than we received donations for, the PAC was $1000 under after WA was said and done.. perhaps we were optimistic in the grassroots support for this very effective method. Well I hope that is the case this time."

WA CC delegates' preference: Paul 39%, Romney 33%, Sa 19%, Gi 8%

I had a good experience caucusing with 215 other people from 39 precincts at Sunnyside Christian School in Yakima County! This was my first time at a caucus and I didn't get approved as the PCO in time to be an automatic delegate, but I gave the Ron Paul speech for the pooled caucus (went great!), conducted the caucus for my precinct, and stuck around and verified the vote count along with the cordial Romney leader/observer who said, "Hats off to the organization of the Ron Paul people!" :)

Our pooled caucus straw vote turned out as follows:
Gingrich 8.3% (18)
Santorum 23.1% (50)
Romney 39.8% (86)
Paul 21.3% (46)
Undecided 7.4% (16)

I looked at all the delegates' preferences, which gave this breakdown for the 63 delegates that were assigned for the county convention:
Gingrich 6.3% (4)
Santorum 19.0% (12)
Romney 36.5% (23)
Paul 34.9% (22)
Undecided 3.2% (2)

So the Delegate:StrawVote ratios from this pooled caucus were:
Gingrich 0.76
Santorum 0.82
Romney 0.92
Paul 1.64
Undecided 0.43

When we extrapolate these ratios across WA state's results and compress slightly to a total of 100% (rather than 103.8%), we can estimate what portion of the total delegates going on to county conventions prefer each candidate:
Gingrich 7.6%
Santorum 18.9%
Romney 33.2%
Paul 39.2%
Undecided 1.4%

As you can see, Ron Paul probably came out with more delegates for county conventions in WA than Romney! And by the time the County Convention and then State Convention come around, the dedicated Ron Paul crowd may well end up securing the majority of the delegates from Washington state like they've done in other caucus states so far! Now you can see why the mainstream media's listed "estimated delegate counts" are so far off from reality! (Fox News is ridiculously reporting the final allocated delegate count as 30 to Romney, 5 to Paul, 5 to Santorum & 0 to Gingrich.) The delegate strategy works! Many will be surprised this August in Tampa - it will be the most interesting Republican National Convention yet!

Good work everyone! Let's keep making waves every step of the delegate selection process! I'm a delegate to the county convention (unanimously elected) and hope to see some of you at the state convention too!

thanks, sharing

Steady as she goes!

RP R3VOLution

I hope you're right, but what's to prevent the crooked

republican machine from identifying RP supporters at the county and state delegate selection process and removing them? They play by their own rules with no oversight or redress.

We saw an example of this recently (MN, I think) where one of the party bosses simply had the names of replacement delegates read off.

They have a lot of dirty tricks up their sleeve and when push comes to shove, they will use intimidation, trickery, or simply appoint their own hand-picked delegates.

Precinct results?

Does anyone know if the Washington caucus results will be reported online down to the precinct level? I want to check if the reported result is the same as the actual result. All I can find online is down to the county level.

Dear Washington;

On friday night I fell very ill, and saturday morning I could barely move. I missed the caucus and I am sorry. I had been preparing for months, but on the day it mattered, my body would not cooperate. I would like to thank everyone for all their efforts in Washington, and congratulate those that became delegates. I can at least find solice in knowing that because of my efforts doing caucus training events, many others became delegates. In closing, I apologize for not making it, and I wish you the very best of luck at the county conventions.

Oh No, Kelly, I feel so bad!

Hi Kelly,

I know how hard you worked and all that you did and thank you from the bottom of my heart! I know you would have done anything to caucus for Ron and I am sorry that you were sick and hope you are feeling better. And yes, your efforts did help. We got Ron second place in Snohomish County and have a good shot at a majority of the delegates.

But, if we need extra people, you can still be elected delegate at the County Convention, and if not that, there is still lots of support work for people to do that are not delegates

Thanks again Kelly and we'll talk soon.

Michele St. Pierre
Snohomish County Coordinator

We can get you on a Leg District slate

and perhaps you will be a delegate to state! You are in SnoCo, right? You know who to contact!

Phil. 4:13

my condolences.

that would be a double dose of major bummer!
I hope you feel better soon.

To the discouraged few . . .

. . . I saw earlier in the thread, I beg you to stay positive and don't give up! Sure we've been cheated out of a few first place finishes, but we are still in this game. Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't we on pace to finish second with the delegate count right now (of course, still TBD)?

Yes, I know our aim is to win, but this is a marathon, not a sprint. Anything can happen this spring. We don't know, but Mitt Romney may have some scandal in his background that could force him to drop out if brought to light. Or, he may publicly commit another verbal gaffe, only the next one may be so awful and offensive, that his already shaky support will evaporate. Along with our continued diligence, all we need is one misstep by Romney (I feel that Santorum and Gingrich don't have the financial/grassroots support to be long-term threats), and the complexion of this campaign could change dramatically in our favor.

The growth of Dr. Paul's support over the past four years has been historic, and I have a feeling that as long as we all stay active, something remarkable will happen for this movement in the next few months. One thing I've learned is that anything in this life, both good and bad, is possible. In the last 10-12 years, we have witnessed so many unexpected tragedies (like 9/11, the Iraq War, the Great Recession). I believe that if it is possible to experience such horrific events in our lives, it is just as likely that for once we can be a part of something genuinely good happening, that involves someone as genuinely good as Dr. Paul.

Maybe I'm being naive, but this is a once-in-a-generation statesman, who has such a refreshing, inspiring message. All we need to do is continue to breathe life into this campaign, and that message will spread to enough Americans to get Dr. Paul nominated on the second ballot in Tampa. Once that happens, I feel enough of the public, who probably are not paying any attention to these caucuses/primaries right now, will quickly be won over by Dr. Paul's love of liberty to get him to the White House.

I'm Staying and Praying

As long as Dr. and Mrs. Paul are willing to hang in there, I'm going to stand with them. And I am asking our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to help us. Don't know how many other Christians are here, but we need to keep praying for Dr. Paul and his family.

I suspect that there are more

than we know....Praise the Lord!
Praying fervently and with confidence in knowing He hears our cry!

" In Thee O Lord do I put my trust " ~ Psalm 31:1~

and Amen!! :)

Don't forget world events

Something could happen in the U.S. or elsewhere around the world that proves our need for Ron Paul.

That actually reminds me,

That actually reminds me, however tragic it may be, I've always had this feeling we'd have another bubble or economic downturn by the time this next election is over. If something like that happens with Paul still in the race, people might wake up. I'm not 'praying that happens' just for that sake, but it is true the housing crisis woke many up to Paul's message.

My dad was removed as a delegate by the caucus chair

He stayed on after the straw vote and was selected to be a delegate. A person there brought up a point of order and asked him his views on the state law of same sex marriage. He replied, "It's state law. I'm happily married to my wife of 30 years and a retired Marine and business owner. We're here to select a candidate for GOP presidential election. I fail to see the relevance of the question." The chair brought out a bible and began to read scripture. My dad brought a point of order to state, "Unless that's a Constitution, I fail to see the relevance to our caucus proceedings." More scripture was read then the chair removed my dad from the delegate list and replaced him. 3 of 4 other delegates were RP then. My dad is writing a formal complaint to the WA state Atty. General now. He said it was really creepy, like Children of the Corn (for Santorum).

Yeah, you got punked by the Christian Taliban, for real.

Sounds a bit fantastic... hard to buy this tale! Pulling leg?

Time to back that up with specifics to the Paul Campaign, to sites like www.theReaganWing.com, or just give the details of which precinct, Leg Dist., etc. You have seven days to contest! Please confirm this story with real information and also post here. Thanks.
