RON PAUL 2012!

From the campaign:

The help of fellow patriots from OUTSIDE Washington State is desperately needed on caucus day March 3rd. In Washington State, most caucuses are held in pooled locations where in many cases over 200 precincts meet in one location. We have a need for 150 out of state patriots to help keep the caucus counts honest, man tables and be a presence at pooled locations in the Seattle area from 8:30 AM to approx 11:30 AM. The most important things that anyone out of state can do to help Washington right now is:

  • Travel in if you can afford it and help at the pooled caucus
  • Phone from home
  • Contact every RP supporter you know in Washington State and go to www.waronpaul.com and “submit a supporter”

Many caucus goers don’t understand how the caucus process works and have never been to one before. By volunteering you’ll have the chance to keep the process honest, help new caucus goers and be a big part in delivering a WIN for Dr. Ron Paul!

90.6% in for WA

Ron Paul is at 24.9% and Santorum is at 24.4%

King County is at 75% reported

If Ron Paul can pull above 25% and Santorum remain below 24.5% we wont have to hear a "tie for second" from the MSM since they round up their decimals.

I fear there is very little chance of holding second.

They have already committed fraud in Washington. They aren't going to give up. I would be very surprised if the counters allow Dr. Paul to win a close 2nd (or a close anything). The only way we can win is to win big and to document as much as we can.

Stop

We got second...

we are ahead by about 300 votes.

Can't wait for Benn Swann's next report on the WA Gop turning away a few thousand voters

Maybe the spurned would-be voters can form a class action...

anybody know about this? Sue the GOP

With 10% of vote

With 10% of vote outstanding...

6% of the vote remaining

around 2800 votes..

hello 45 minute member!

check the current results.. looks like a 2nd it will be. let's hope you are 'very surprised' at the end!

No, we want 2nd in the straw poll

Because that helps us get the delegates we need---which is where we win. You can't be nominated for President without a specific number of delegates.

The Super Tuesday Money Bomb is still ongoing, I just popped $100 bones to the cause ... anyone that can donate even if it's only $25 please feed the kitty!

So wait, How many times over

So wait, How many times over 08 did Ron get? About triple or so am I right? Winning!

25% vs. 22%

But Romney had dropped out before the caucus in 2008 so it was less competitive. No point in comparing raw vote totals since the overall turnout is up fourfold.

Last time was MORE competitive

I was a student journalist, who ended up getting voted to go to the State Convention when I went to report on how the County Convention worked.

Those McCain people were . . . not nice, not nice at all.

Understood, but always good

Understood, but always good to see the Doc get a lot more numbers. :)

can't really compare

in 2008 there were primaries AND caucuses.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Washington_Republican_caucuses...

The Primaries didn't count in 2008

Because they happened *after* the Caucuses---where the local delegates had already been chosen.

The vote of the Primaries did not choose ANY delegates.

that may be so

but I was answering his question which doesn't seem to be about delegates

True, but we have a lot of newbies from CA voting now

who don't understand how it works up here and what changes have been made since 2008 and why. (I'm originally from OC.)

I've lived here for decades and was shocked last time to find out that the Primary didn't count. I'd never heard of such a thing.

King pulling away for Paul

King now at 60% and pulling away for Paul even faster than I projected.

Dr. Paul should have a lock on second place.

Ron Paul - Honorary Founding Father

And be sure you know and understand Robert's Rules of Order

You can go to Bev Harris's site: WWW.BLACKBOXVOTING.ORG

Absolutely! They will use them to discredit you!

Have a copy in your hand---no, I'm not joking---and make sure you have pages marked that support your right to speak.

I saw one lady at the State Convention in 2008 that they tried to tell her she couldn't say what she had to say under Robert's Rules---until she opened her copy and read straight from it.

I'm

fed up with the fraud.....

The possibility for fraud is at the State Convention

The Congressional District meeting is behind locked doors---only the Delegates voted for at the County Convention can go in there. No one can tell what goes on in there--it is strictly controlled.

The only way to ensure that Washington State sends the most Paul Delegates to Tampa is to go to your County Convention--where every voter can pay their registration fee to attend---and vote for your Ron Paul State Delegate there.

Great stuff brother

One of my all time favorite scenes from the otherwise vapid enterprise we know as Hollywood. I'm sorry dude. I'm sorry so many people have their heads so far up their hind ends that they cannot appreciate where you are coming from. It's a sad state of affairs. Send me an email. I do a lot of traveling, some time when I'm in your neck of the woods I would like to buy you a cup of coffee.

the DP is not the place for you.

if you continue to post incite-full stuff. many people are just now learning the truth. if you are one of them, chill out. you are posting very trollish stuff.
calm down. this is not the time for that. and if that time does come, you will not have to go looking for it, it will come to you.

peace.

RP is at 11 546 votes, 24.9 % , Santorum 11 243, 24.3 %, 81.3 % reported statewide - according to google.

It's not "according to

It's not "according to Google." It's the Associated Press. Google just subscribes to the AP.

I'm not trying to be a dick. I just don't understand why people don't understand the basic nature of their media sources.

Whatever dude :D

Glad we got 2nd at last!

Me too. (Though I wish we

Me too. (Though I wish we could have gotten first place, of course!)

I just like to give credit where it's due. Google doesn't do crap. It's just a content aggregator. It doesn't create content. People like the Associated Press, and newspapers, and TV stations, and certain bloggers, etc. -- they're the ones who actually expend the resources to provide us with information.

The Googles of the world just subscribe to stuff and point to others' content. So it kind of drives me nuts when people credit it for something it doesn't actually do. It's just a weird pet peeve of mine...

Pierce at 100%

And Paul pulls away from Santorum.

It is better to look dumb and not be, than to look smart and not be.
