Louisiana Primary

I am in Texas but I am thinking about going out to LA to recruit and try and see what the ground game looks like in LA. I would be looking to go the day before they vote and the day of.

Anyone know the rules or live in LA.

How does the Delegate process work in LA? ANy info would be great thanks!
