John McCain's comment to Ron Paul.

I assume everyone heard McCain say, "We're going to miss you tomorrow night", to Ron Paul last night. Just in case it is right at the end.

"Be Afraid of President McCain"
The cover story from April 2007's Reason magazine.
Be Afraid of President McCain: The frightening mind of an authoritarian maverick
Protections for anonymous speech are vital to democratic discourse. Allowing dissenters to shield their identities frees them to express critical, minority views...Anonymity is a shield from the tyranny of the majority. - SCotUS, 1995
Douchebaggery
At its finest.
Someone said this is actually Romney.
I can't tell, they both sound the same to me.
Choices
John McCain seems to always be on the wrong side of an issue, e.g. immigration reform, McCain-Feingold, stem cell research and last but not least the Iraq War. Based on this record, I would be very suspect of anything that comes out of his mouth because it is probably wrong. I can understand why he doesn't want Dr. Paul at the debate. It just makes it more obvious his is not a true conservative but a big government stooge. Case in point, he is being supported by Lieberman. Enough said!
McCain was the amnesty bill sponsor
the last Amnesty bill, S 1033 that we the people shot down, was in fact sponsored by insain McCain! & then he has the audacity to say he is for border security & against AMNESTY!! this man makes me sick! AAAHHH! sorry for digressing..but even the amnesty bill before S 1033 was also sponsored by john McInsain! believe it was co- sponsored by McInsane & Teddy Kennedy..these fools count on the total ignorance of Americans to get away with this blatent lying..then again they don't remeber let alone care either.. & lest we not forget..THEY ARE POLITICANS!!!..CAREER LIARS!!!

"Miss you tomorrow night where we'll be a lot better off"?
Did McCain say that? Remember that McCain sponsored Internet regulation legislation as such:
1) Almost passed law that would have made it illegal for the DP webmaster to let us comment without sex offender background checks on our email addresses.
2) Passed IMBRA that forces Americans to undergo sex offender background checks before being allowed to say hello to foreigners on dating websites.
McCain belongs in jail, not on a debate stage.
HEY - WHY NOT EDIT JUST THAT PART OF THE CLIP and DIGG IT
We could get all paulites to make it go viral and then expose mcCain for the slime he is. Even people who dont like Paul will agree there was no reason to taunt - and it tells you something about mccains character. Can someone do this and post the link?
The subject should read something like ..
Mean spirited McCain Taunts Paul on debate omission
Seems like rudy's worried about Klinghoffer more than anything
500 americans since 1960
The chinaman killed 32 americans in one day last year. Blacks in Philadelphia kill 400 or more Blacks a year for the last 7 years under a ghetto black mayor

transcript attributes comment to Romney
my daughter pointed out that the transcript attributes that comment to Romney. Not that McCain isn't a snake....

"bi-partisanship"= compromising your liberty, a kinder, gentler Socialism. The same with "compassionate conservatism"= welfare, eugenics programs abroad. Wake up, America:

"Most honest man in Congress" quote below
Sounds like a quote for SignBomb Day.
"What does conservatism today stand for? It stands for war. It stands for power. It stands for spying, jailing without trial, torture, counterfeiting without limit, and lying from morning to night."
Lew Rockwell
McCain is an angry man and he scares people.
Here is a clip from an MTV forum that occurred after the FL debate with McCain talking about Hitler. Check out the faces on the audience at 1:22. I showed this clip to my brother who was in Iraq and he had a couple of choice words about McCain. My brother is a big Ron Paul supporter.

McCain should just...
Retire, buy a house in the south, spend his days sipping lemonade and yelling at the neighboorhood kids to get off his grass. He HAD honor.
For an informed citizenry, individuals must discard the television set in favor of the acquisition of information via either books and/or the internet. An uneducated populous will remain in ignorance and thus continue to suffer the sharp ax of tyranny.
Agreed.
He and Thompson are the "get off my lawn" candidates.
That Really Made Me Laugh!

He does have a house in the south
Actually, he does have a house in Page Springs, Arizona. It is a ranch in a rather remote location and he visits it quite a bit. I believe he should just retire and stay there like you said.
Healthnuttie for Ron Paul

The lip of truth shall be established forever: but a lying tongue is but for a moment...Lying lips are abomination to the LORD: but they that deal truly are His delight. Prov 12:19,22
The only McCain quote I believe...
(as found on Dr. Paul's wikipedia entry):
2008 campaign chair Kent Snyder first worked for Paul on the 1988 campaign—when U.S. Senator John McCain told him, "You're working for the most honest man in Congress."
Anything else from that alleged senator's mouth is not to be believed.

Mcain is going to get what he deserves.
I hope NOONE mingles with the McCain supporters and talks about McCain Fiengolds effect on the campaign and hands out flyers about free speech this tuesday in NH.
Peace
They always gang up when he
They always gang up when he talks about ending the war. Hollow minded war mongering morons.
fight back
Paul needs to go on the offensive here. We need to take from some of what appears to be growing support of his in nh.
agreed
Only a bastard would taunt with a remark like "We'll miss you..."
No class.
Something about McCain gives me the creeps.
WOW!!!
Absolutely right. McCain said “We’re going to miss you tomorrow night, Ron” and then laughed.
So apparently, John McCain supports censorship and restriction of ideas.
I, for one, will oppose McCain at any and all future opportunities.
McCain only pays lip service
McCain only pays lip service to the constitution, so I bet he like censorship and free speech restrictions.
I guess McCain's going to "miss" my vote
I won't even vote for him as "lesser of two evils" if he gets the nod over RP. Add that to Romney and Juiliana, and Huckabee's almost there, and I guess it's pretty much RP or nothing. Socialism fast vs socialism slow isn't much of a choice.
Yep...RP or nothing
I'm with you BadgerDawg. If I can't vote for Ron Paul I will rip-up and burn my absentee ballot on election day. Better that than voting for the lesser of two evils.
