allows Israel to do training exercises over the US because they have limited air space there

with this bill they can train and go where they want....I don't trust them..The men on the USS Liberty swear they hit their ship even knowing they were friendly....My hubby says that there is friend or foe box on the ship and friendly nations are able to talk with each other ..THEY KNEW who we were
