While California Persecutes Raw Milk Farmers, France Unveils Raw Milk Vending Machines

(NaturalNews) Thanks to the extraordinarily cruel and vindictive actions of the LA County and Ventura County District Attorneys' offices, California is rapidly losing its reputation as a state that promotes a healthy lifestyle. Instead, the state is becoming increasingly known as "the torture state" where senior citizen farmers and fresh food advocates are imprisoned, tortured, and charged with felony crimes for making fresh milk available to customers. See our astonishing report on California's latest assault on a 65-year-old "milk man"...

Here's an article on the SMALL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY for some ENTREPRENEURIAL FARMER in FRANCE now selling organic raw milk (from his 50-head herd) from vending machines. http://foodfreedomgroup.com/2012/03/18/20664/

The machines he's using (cool, too, with continual readings of temperature and volume and also making containers available) were invented by some ENTREPRENEURIAL MACHINIST in ITALY.

Oh, look. “Raw milk production is a very real and viable business model for small farmers,” says Sheridan’s Cheesemongers of IRELAND.

The raw milk case is looked at in a segment 17 minutes into this episode of Stossel:

raw milk vending machines have appeared in Eastern Europe too. Serbia, Croatia, Hungary and Romania to name a few. Tastes like the nectar of Gods.

We are the only species on earth to drink milk from another.

How strange.

Technically ants do pretty

Technically ants do pretty much the same with aphids

no, you're wrong. my cats LUV

no, you're wrong. my cats LUV cow's milk!

My dog loves it too. Animals just aren't

equipped with milking machines or hands. But that's all irrelevant; the point of the OP is that humans have free will and naturally must have freedom to exercise it.

And your point is?

We're also the only species to cook our food, develop agriculture, live in houses, wear clothing, etc, etc, etc. Milk is designed to be a sole food source for a baby mammal, so it is by definition EXTREMELY nutrient-rich. I promise, if other species had access to another species' milk as a food source, they would take it in a heartbeat.

It's an extremely strange and

It's an extremely strange and abjectly stupid habit now that you mention it. Humans also consume massive quantities of grain, which is a very bad idea since we haven't sufficiently evolved to deal with high concentrations of starch in our diets.

Corn, wheat and milk are the worst foods one could eat.

corn, wheat, milk

Corn is crap because most of it is GMO and sprayed with chemicals. Same for wheat, and wheat is in EVERYthing. Also, much of it is "enriched" (impoverished by removing essential oils and other good ingredients to extend shelf life = GREED). Milk is crap because most of what you are buying is not milk, as it is homogenized (microscopic fat particles go right into your blood stream instead of being treated as food), and pasteurized ("cooked", so beneficial organisms etc do not help in your digestion, and the milk is not processed properly). Many of our issues are tied in to what we do to these food items, not the food items themselves in an unadulterated state.

Grains are prole fodder. I'll

Grains are prole fodder. I'll stick with my rack of lamb and lump crab meat, thanks.

Fat won't hurt you

It's the carbs. Raw milk is good, so is chees, yogurt, sour cream, etc. Grocery store milk is full of hormones and antibiotics. Find a small farmer to supply your milk and beef.

Actually not

brown snakes have learned how to suckle from cows. Them's some sneaky snakes!

Be brave, be brave, the Myan pilot needs no aeroplane.

Stranger than that is...

the fact that we are the only species on earth that drives cars and play X-Box. Elect Ron Paul and quit worrying about free people and what they choose to drink.

+1. Right on

I've never been into drinking raw milk.

But as the other guy said:

I'd die in pride to let the people free to choose between drinking raw milk or anything else they prefer.

Thus, likewise:

I'd die in pride fighting against those who'd want to force everybody on drinking raw milk or anything else they'd ALIENATE US with, arbitrarily. Or rather: purposedly.

THIS is the stake of Liberty.

Right there.

"Cyril" pronounced "see real". I code stuff.

an action such as that, is associated with adaptation and survival as a species?

Possibly. But completely

Possibly. But completely unnecessary at this point.

While I would support your

While I would support your right to do whatever you want with your own body, drinking raw milk is extremely stupid. You might as well be drinking raw sewage.

Wouldn't that depend on how and where the "raw" milk

come from? Raw - natural is a definition issue, for me. Grade A food (milk)- A great farmer puts out a great product. Not anyone can be a farmer and will produce lower grades. Now a days, what's the cow eating, sleeping in, medicines given, stress, etc...that's just the animal in milk's production process. Can one buy milk locally produced, only?

If one doesn't understand the entirety of an operation; please learn it. There was a day without enhancements, hormones, steroids, that raised this country. Most do not understand, but have impressions.

What controls impressions in America? Surely wasn't the farmers. Who's asking if we've GOT MILK? Good question...what do we get for, the same price as a gallon of gas and is needed to grow bones in humans?

Yes regulations are in order which were very well in place, during my life time, era 70s on up. People didn't care or didn't hear, as these important small business (there is a market there, too) were drove out- the farmers.

Right because listeria and

Right because listeria and salmonella don't exist; they're all a wondrously concocted fantasy like the human immunodeficiency virus.

Like the old saying goes, never stop an idiot from killing himself. You'll just wind up with more idiots.

I can't wait to see what you armchair scientists have come up with as a solution to the energy crisis!

amazing we lasted centuries drinking unpasteurized milk

must be some sort of fluke.

The real reason for pasteurization is that milk doesn't go off and therefore transportation and huge scale production is much more economical and indeed possible. That's what it's about> $$$$$$ and industrial production.

Cows fed on grass produce milk that does go off much more quickly but also contains natural antibiotic properties that protects from pathogenic bacteria.

Iodize the milk like they did in the 1950s and 60s.

Drop in a silver coin to keep milk sweet.

I bought a quart of batch pasteurized whole milk (with cream) from local Dairy http://www.thomasorganiccreamery.com/. Milk from grass fed cows tastes best!
I gathered eggs from grass fed chickens for a couple of years, but I never imagined a milk that I liked so much.

I un-scalded milk even better?

Free includes debt-free!

Oh really?

Long ago when I was young, my family drank raw milk, and we knew many others who did as well, yet none of us suffered any ill effects and were in better health than most families (I had 8 brothers and sisters).

Liberty is on the march, tyranny is on the run!

Know your farmer, does he keep sick cows.

Does he use dirty bottles or otherwise fail to treat his food products with due diligence?

I heard that it became a problem when brewers were feeding cows the spent mash, then selling the milk as a sideline. Instead of letting the consumer chose competent suppliers the government stepped in to protect the unclean producers by making the sup[ply safe at the cost of the health benefits of un-scorched milk.

The Mayo clinic had a program using raw milk to cure cancer. Apparently there wan't enough money in it so the moved on.

My mom also said they drank raw milk on the farm in the 1930-40s. Grandma was very careful about cleaning and cleanliness. If you screw up, people get sick.

Free includes debt-free!

And what of the people who

And what of the people who have come down with ill effects from salmonella contamination?

Furthermore, how do you know you were in better health than most families?

deacon's picture

we used to have a dairy farm

and used to drink milk after it was cold, right from the cow
made our own butter also, now we live in the city and used to use
store bought milk,i say used to,as it causes side effects
that we do not like,if we start using it again them effects come right

If we deny truth before your very eyes, then the rest of what we have to say,is of little consequence

I have a family

member that started to come down with the flu twice this past winter. Both times I gave raw milk kefir(4-5 oz. per day). The first time it healed this family member overnight. The second time I was a little late in giving the kefir so it took a few days once I started giving it. Many other people were getting this bug that was going around and had it for two or three weeks.

Needless to say, I'm a believer in raw milk and cultured products.

Apple Cider Vinegar

is very good as well.

Liberty is on the march, tyranny is on the run!

Good tip...

I've used Bragg's ACV off an on in the past. I love it in salads but the acidity is hard on the tooth enamel. I think it is supposed to be taken in water with honey when sick. Earth Clinic dot com has a lot of info on it.

Kombucha Tea works as well and is not as mucus forming as raw milk products(although kefir is less mucus forming). I guess there are times when one works better than the other, especially if there is a lot of congestion.
