Liberty Dollar founder declared domestic terrorist

When the Department of Injustice branded me[Bernard von NotHaus] a "unique domestic terrorist" I was shocked. Of course, I had to be a "unique" terrorist as violence is a key element to be charged with terrorism and I was not violent. So I couldn't be just a domestic terrorist otherwise the government would have to invent a new classification. Therefore I had to be a "unique domestic terrorist."

Now the President of the United States has assumed the power to murder domestic terrorists! This is shocking, frightening and must be repulsed by every moral American. There are no legal grounds for anyone to claim the right to murder another individual and certainly not the president of any country. And especially when I have already been branded a "unique domestic terrorist" by that president's own Department of Injustice.

Missed by recent tornadoes

but hit by rogue storm in Indiana in November 2007.

Still out 25 oz of Ag, still sore like Kat under rocking chair.

"Unique" domestic "terrorist"? Arguably "terrorist", as the term is fluid. But unique? Not if there are more than one of us.

Welcome to 'The Club'

If my name wasn't on any lists it would be on the list of those not listed (which is more dangerous than being on the first list!).

Thanks for being.

Rights are like muscles; you must exercise them to keep them fit, or they will atrophy and die.

Are they going to assassinate

Are they going to assassinate him? That felt ridiculous to even type...

Ridiculous things that happened

NDAA - signed
Anti-protest bill - signed
ACTA - signed

People are actually voting for Romney O_O

and more to come XD

If I recall..

they were saying when he was convicted that he was
a "terrorist" because his actions were debasing the US dollar.

Of course all he was really doing was threatening to make it
obvious that the dollar *has* been debased and is continuing
to be - by the Fed, of course,

So what does that make Bernanke?

On Max Keiser the other day he was interviewing some Brit
that is an expert on silver. The guy was saying that there are
indications that the Chinese are planning to back their currency
at least partially by gold.

How long to you figure the US dollar (and the yen and the pound)
will last if that happens? Probably go down like the Titanic...

My son's history

lesson as of late has been about Marx and the rise of Communism. The text mentioned the tenets of the Communist Manifesto and by golly those tenets sound so familiar.

Here is a link that looks at those tenets. You will be amazed at how similar our government runs in light of this philosophy.

I found bullet (vi) to be quite interesting (scroll down to section 18):

(vi) Centralization of money and credit in the hands of the state through a national bank with state capital, and the suppression of all private banks and bankers.

The law cannot make a wicked person virtuous…God’s grace alone can accomplish such a thing.
Ron Paul - The Revolution

Setting a good example is a far better way to spread ideals than through force of arms. Ron Paul

I have to make a correction here. We don't have communism, the government isn't suppressing private banks, they are colluding with them. Remember, the FED is private. The government isn't suppressing GE, GM, IBM, Boeing, etc, they are colluding with them. We have the very definition of fascism, not communism.

The Communist Manifesto > U.S. Constitution

Eleven of the twelve tenets of the Communist Manifesto are now the widely accepted laws of the land. In practice, the Communist Manifesto is more widely respected than the U.S. Constitution. Doesn't that just make you feel warm and fuzzy all over?

how much absurdity will it take?

Orwell on steroids. Obama claims the right to have people assassinated for political reasons, and labels a peaceful American a "unique domestic terrorist"?

Since when does "unique" mean "not really"?

What is begun in anger, ends in shame.

Riddle-me-this, Batman:

Why does the ICC not indict Obaaaaama for war crimes?

or Bush II, Clinton, Bush I, Kissinger etc.....

You can't get clean in a dirty bathtub.

Absolutely, he is. However...

when you're the ones making the rules (unlawful as they are), you get to exempt yourself from having them applied to you. Hence, We the People are the ones who wrote the Supreme Law of the Land, and applied to to all offices of government.

You the People.

Things you've got wrong:

1. If some guy (Obama) can make the rules, then his word cannot, by definition, be "unlawful." His word is law, period. His own exemption from the laws he lays on the rest of us is just as "valid" as all the other "laws" he imposes.

2. "We the People" did not write any "Supreme Law of the Land" -- ever. A long time ago, a bunch of politicians who called themselves a "constitutional convention" cobbled together a document purporting to give themselves authority over the rest of us, including generations yet unborn. I never got to vote on it. Neither did you. So who is this "We the People" you mention? I haven't figured out yet how somebody long dead can get "the consent of the governed" from people who aren't even born yet.

3. Obama prefers his own rules to those written in the old Constitution. And since he is "President," with all the godlike powers of "government" at his command, he can, if he chooses, label anyone who disagrees with him some kind of "domestic terrorist" and blow them away like Anwar Awlaki, whose only "crime" seems to have been "seditious libel." How are Obama's arbitrary rules any less "lawful" than those imposed by the Constitution long ago?

4. "Government" is a superstition which depends on the irrational belief that one person can "consent" for another person to be "governed." It takes twelve years of forced indoctrination in "government" schools to inculcate this superstition into children. Few ever see through it. Be one of the few. Read this book:

He has not moved to assasinate american citizens at will

He has actually had 3 murders upon american citizens acomplished. He has also bragged about the method of the ordered murders, Preditor drone. He is way past considering he has dont it and dared anyone to do somthing about it, always with a race card ready to be played as last resort.

His name

is already on that list according to millions of Americans!

There is no doubt whatsoever.

The "Nobel Peace Prize winner" fits every definition of terrorist that has ever been known, both domestic and international.
He's the biggest terrorist on the face of the Earth.

Too important to fall off the page.

And another bump

for the evening crowd. This time next year, if Dr. Paul loses, I expect most of us will be "unique domestic terrorists" in the eyes of the government.
