Scrooge McDuck from "Ducktales" does a great job of explaining the impact of "easy money" on the Economy

Mr. Scrooge explains to his nephews how "easy money" eventually causes significant harm to the economy.

The slogan press on has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race. No person was ever honored for what he received. Honor has been the reward for what he gave.

I find your clip to be

I find your clip to be greatly disturbing. It in a suggestive propagandist way states that a Communist society should be striven for and that money is inherently evil; or at the very least money wrecks the great Communist Society and makes people greedy. Whomever made the video and labeled it as a Barter system did a great injustice to a barter system style economy. Tra la la, had no use for money, that doesn't mean that they traded in a barter sort of way, it means that everything was free, in a communal or communist sort of way.

When bottlecaps i.e. money, a medium of exchange, was introduced the villagers became overcome with greed and every thing only became great again in Tra La La when there was no more desire to obtain money i.e. bottlecaps. This is an anti capitalist episode of Ducktales. Why a capitalist would try to use this episode to iterate what a barter system economy would be like I don't know, given that Tra La La had no use at all for money of any kind; it seems counter productive to me.

Bump!

Bump! Although the message have been repeatedly said, Americans failed to understand, wait, scratch that, Americans failed to listen because they love the "reality" they're living in.
