My interesting call with the Republican National Committee

to go 3rd party unless you're 100% certain to win which is not at all the case.

If RP runs third party you can forget about taking over the GOP and we will be in the political wilderness if RP doesn't win. The GOP is weaker than ever right now and is ripe for the picking if we're determined. Going third party would just kill the movement within the GOP or at least roll it back by at least one election cycle. Our ideas ARE making ground in the GOP platform (sound money, fiscal conservatism and even the foreign policy argument is advancing our way).

The neocons took several decades to take over the GOP, it is naive to think that we will do it in one cycle. We have to be patient and focused.

Stop being so emotional about it. yes, they treat us like shit now but that's because they are arrogant which is their weak point. Don't be so reactionary and think about this enterprise in the long run.

we're in this to WIN by their rules, we don't care who we piss off ... continuing with delegate strategy up to the convention, Dr. Paul will have a significant amount of supporters if not a majority. If the nominee is anyone but Paul do you think that those delegates are going to carry out the GOP platform for a NeoCon they detest. It's already been said that we will write him in. NO ONE BUT PAUL.. They have ignored us, marginalized us, lied, cheated. So if anyone's worried about offending the GOP and waiting to be accepted arms wide open. WAKE UP! That's not gonna happen. We are taking over the GOP, even if it means destroying it to do so... We already poll ahead of BHO nationally, and just think of the opportunity of naming a strong unifying VP. Talk of Paul running third party simply proves to the GOP that he (and Paul supporters) are not serious about being Republicans or supporting the Republican party. It reinforces to them that we are the enemy.

Two term Republican Governor Gary Johnson will likely be the Libertarian nominee so Paul supporters will have the option of voting for Johnson or staying home. Either way Romney will likely lose.

Ron Paul or nothing is a powerful enough message to get across to the GOP. Remind them that more registered voters stayed home than voted for McCain in '08. If they nominate someone who supports an interventionist foreign policy then they will lose again in '12. It's not just Paul supporters who are tired of the wars. The GOP needs the Independent voters to win, and they aren't going to get them with a neoconservative candidate.

Another way to tell them how you feel and that you're serious? List off the Congressional and state level Republican candidates that you've donated money to and will continue donating money to. Let them know that you are supporting Liberty oriented candidates and will continue to do so whether Paul is the nominee or not. Justin Amash, Glen Bradley, etc... are a real thorn in the side of the GOP establishment and the GOP is hoping that if Paul isn't the nominee then we'll all just go back to watching American Idol and won't support those candidates.

Remember this is who we are dealing with. Never ever mistake the armani suit for having any integrity. These are among the lowest forms of life on the planet. They suck the life out of everywhere they lead whether it's in washington or your local county office. They are consuming America at a frightening speed. Remember what those crazies did in the 60's in protesting the war in Vietnam? Look it up on youtube. Can you compare anything in the last decade with that? I guess this is what they call evolution? I call it devolution.

These people don't decide anything, the delegates do! Reach the National delegates!

As for #2, If Paul runs third party and Obama wins, the Republicans will be mad at Paul and will likely direct some of that anger toward Rand since Ron will be retired. It's called revenge.

He did not do this(run for office) for his agrandizement. He ran for US!!! When are you people going to listen. Do you really think Rand gives a damn about political careers? He is here for one reason only.

Get our country back on track. Get US off our asses and give US the opportunity to do it ourselves. If he was out of office tomorrow I am pretty sure he would spend at least 3 hours washing the STENCH of DC and every politician off his body. Then he would go back to work helping his patients.

Ron on the other hand is NOT going to run 3rd party. If we don't do it this time, he will be free(retired) to help us grow and destroy the politicians left in Washington until Rand is ready. Would he do this? I think so. No matter what Ron Paul will NEVER give up the fight for FREEDOM!

Ron told us this will be a long fight. Did any of you listen. He would NEVER hang any of his supporters out to dry. Least of all those that sacrificed so much. We now have many in the GOP bedrock organization that the fault lines have now changed. If Ron doesn't get it this time the Neo-Cons will die in four more years. We will not need the media. We will not need anything. We will control the party in EVERY aspect.

Then the NWO/GOP/DEM/ status quo will try to change the rules except we will be one of the two parties. They truly are screwed and are too STUPID to admit it.

At least they don't act it. They seemed to have ramped up their abuse towards Dr. Paul. Now they seem to be helping each state not only commit voter fraud but even when he wins, as in the case of the Virgin Islands, they hide the results and report them to the media so that the general public NEVER knows about the win. As far as the majority of Americans now know, Dr. Paul has never won any state. It would be good if the GOP got nervous - very nervous in fact. They can't do any worse when it comes to votes and how would it be possible to discount Dr. Paul anymore in the press? I think they need to know that most of us, myself included, will NOT EVER AGAIN roll over and just vote for whomever they choose - and I for one will not vote for any of the other 3 that are running against Dr. Paul - that just puts this country to sleep for another few years and we have no way to remove them in 4 more years.

As far as Rand Paul - he can take care of his own career I am sure. I am not going to vote for a corrupt presidential candidate to help Rand Paul in some future candidacy. That is like giving into their overwhelming corruption and intimidation.

The GOP needs to know that we stand on principle...not with a party that has no principle.

Oh by the way I have been a republican all my life and i have never been more ashamed to say I am an Republican after what I have seen this election cycle. I do think they need to know how easy it is to see how corrupt the GOP is to those who are looking.

Did you not hear Gingrich a month ago, when he said he would not vote for Paul if he was on the ticket? To the effect, that he would vote Obama instead?

Do you really think they care about losing to Obama? Do you not realize yet that they lost last time to Obama by running McCain (the Wind powered car McCain), just to defeat Paul!?

It is time your read Quigley on the need for the two parties 'Tweedledee and Tweedledum', to control the masses and their vote, and read and learned from the great historians of the last century who explained the FED and it's God-like stature in the minds of both parties, and it's Midas -like touch for the pocket books of all big donors to major lobbyists!

Focus on changing the attitudes of delegates, and gaining more for Paul! Now, while we still have the time!

However, it's pretty clear to me that we would not all get in line behind whoever else may become the Repub. nominee, and hold our nose and vote 'the lesser of 2 evils'; because imo the lesser of 2 evils is still evil. There was even a poll of sorts on here about that not long ago... and 4 years ago in the general election I voted for Chuck Baldwin, because there was no way I was going to vote for McCain. I did vote Republican for most other offices, however. fwiw.

I for one would NEVER consider voting for one of the three stooges: Willard, Newt, or Sanatorium. Those three are simply not an option for me. I will write-in Ron Paul, vote for Ron Paul in a Third Party, or vote Third Party. Those are my only three options as far as I'm concerned.
