Pick me up

I don't post a lot. Busy with life like everyone else. I did work really hard to organize my county in the Midwest, but it's really hard being a RP supporter. Constant media lying, friends laughing about RP (probably lost a couple of friends), etc. We're all probably on the same page. I need a pick me up and I figure if I do, others do too so here's my self pick me up:

1. We have Ron Paul AND I get it! I won't have to look back 10 years from now and say "I wish I had supported Ron Paul". I did and am really scared that someday I'll be able to tell people that I was right and they weren't. Scared because RP will be right about everything and we'll be screwed (that's not the pick me up part...sorry).

2. I made maybe 50 new friends in my county that love Ron Paul! Together, we got 1/2 the delegates and 1/2 the alternates in my county! Lots and lots of work and a really understanding wife.

3. At the County Convention I got "a full and complete audit of the fed" on the County platform. I think everyone at the convention voted in favor after my speech. Small victory? Yes, but I'll take it.

4. I've been donating plasma for the past year and taking that money and donating it to the campaign. I go in twice/week. I call it my "Plasma for Paul" campaign. Is that hard core? I hope so. I feel guilty for not mentioning it earlier. Maybe someone could have donated more.

5. I'm awake! Thank you Dr. Paul.

If this gives anyone a pick me up let me know and that'll be my pick me up!

Sparky71, yes, you did pick me up with this heartfelt

testimony of the soul & blood of RESISTANCE for Liberty. . . "Plasma for Paul"

I missed seeing this post for one week, having been on the road and smothered with chores. I am so glad I came across it. Many thanks for posting!

Our county also had a few small victories for RP. But yes, we are bracing ourselves for an uphill battle at the neocon-dominated State convention, coming up in a couple of weeks.

At least the main neocon guest, originally scheduled to appear at the State convention dinner event, had a heart-transplant operation recently: perhaps his blood-thirsty war-mongering cold & hardened heart will be replaced by a kinder one with enough wisdom to truly understand and embrace the Golden Rule of life. . .

This is and always has been my pick me up since

2008. Enjoy!!!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!!

Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom must. like men, undergo the fatigue of supporting it.-Thomas Paine

The R3volution requires action, not observation!!!!

Worry not!

This is a Revolution! No matter what happens, WE are united.

None of the other candidates can make that claim. Their followers will abandon them soon enough. If not now, then later.

We are different. We know the facts. We know who is true to our country. We form lasting friendships based upon principal, pride and most of all liberty, not based upon the letter D or R.

This Revolution continues to grow. You haven't even seen the beginning of how large this will become.

It is they, not us, who fear.

Ron! Paul!

Ya, and ya know what? Maybe

Ya, and ya know what? Maybe this blood of Patriot's boiled down to its plasma essence may just change someone's body enough to make it sing in their veins when they hear Ron's name, should they ever be lucky enough to be infused with it. Rock ON!

Here's a pick me up.

The media is giving Ron Paul a media blackout and have bias against him being able to win because he is winning and they're scared.

You're a part of the fearless. Free to think for yourself and vote to prove it.

Happy Tears!

Your Plasma for Paul story put happy tears in my eyes. Talk about having a patriot's blood, and being a red-blooded American! Wow. Thank you so much for this post, you really lifted my spirits (despite the tears!), and...the good thing about being "awake," is that in this sense it is irreversible. We will never forget what we've learned, and we'll be spreading this love for liberty to others the rest of our lives. In the grand scheme we will prevail, because liberty brings people together. That is the golden ticket we have that the media and special interests who want to divide and conquer us cannot obtain.

My Brother, My Hero

Like our leader standing in the home of liars speaking the truth, alone, you inspire me with your enormous heart and your courage. Plasma For Paul. I encourage you to write an article by that name amd post it here. Send it out into the world and awaken more heros for our cause.

We all have the chance to be just Like Ron Paul; heros who inspire other heros. It's in ALL of us. But we have to accept that we are leaders.

All of us are a vital part of an emergence in consciousness, and the tyranny of bankers is dying as a result. Never doubt that you are part of something historic and vital to humanity; the second American revolution.

Thomas Jefferson said the tree of liberty must be watered from time to time with the blood of tyrants, and of patriots. Thank you my brother for donating yours for liberty.

For myself, I suspect that tomorrow night I will be nominated to the state executive board for the party here in Nevada. I am going to accept, and do all that I can, and when I am asked to speak, I am going to tell them about Plasma For Paul.

Who knows what heros will show up next?

I understand how you feel

My boyfriend broke up with me during the campaign here(SC).I think he felt like he got the short end of the stick, but too bad, sacrifices must be made, for the sake of our Republic. Now,he wants me back?Hmm?Well...I'll think about it !!! Not !!

Thanks for this post! I've

Thanks for this post! I've been really down the last few weeks. I really thought we were going to take this election a couple of months ago. Paul took the lead in the polls with 2 weeks to go before Iowa. The media(fox, CNN, CBS, msnbc, hannity, Matthews, Berger, etc.) all went after Paul. They called him a racist, and accused him of writing and supporting racist and anti Semitic newsletters. After a week of negative bombardment, the Ron Paul spicket was universally turned off. Santorum hit 16% in one poll, and every station shouted Santorum surge for 3 days straight causing the undecideds to break for Santorum at the last second. Paul came in the early exit polls at 24%, but fell to 21% by nights end, finishing a strong, yet disappointing 3rd in Iowa. The media discussed the close Romney Santorum finish for the next week, and didn't give RP much love for 24% in NH despite the media giving Huntsman an artificial media surge like Santy. Then, Huntsman dropped out after doing his job in stealing some of Pauls votes in NH. Next came neocon South Carolina and elderly establishment Florida. After two lower finishes the media had successfully shielded our campaign success from the broader public. The diehards like you and I along with a solid bunch of newbies still gave it our all all the way from Maine to Washington to Super Tuesday to now. I'm now drained, exhausted, and disappointed that we didn't wake up enough Americans in time to take our Country back. I'd like to add, or finish the quote Dr. Paul often says "An idea whose time has come cannot be stopped by any
army, or any government, yet it can be slowed and swindled by a corrupt establishment and contriving media.

I apologize if this brings anyone down, but it is my accurate reflection of the events that have taken
place over the past months. Despite our hardships, we have contributed to a remarkable and
historically significant campaign countering tyranny and emboldening freedom. We must continue to press on despite our obstacles. The only thing I know to do is to continue what we've been doing, just like Paul says. Let us all continue to contribute in all the ways we have been. Next up is a money bomb on the 23rd. I hope you join me as I will be donating another $100 to our enduring, dynamic, and pervasive campaign for peace, liberty, and the Constitution.

"Where liberty is, there is my country." -Benjamin Franklin

I AM tired. I stayed up for almost 24

hours filing grievances with the AG, the state party, etc... I have had nightmares all week long at the way we were treated at our convention. I am sad, not picked up, but sad....

BUT...what does give me hope is posts like yours and this one:

YOU paid attention, you woke up, you told others, you STOPPED drinking the kool-aid, and this poster gave blood in Paul's name to donate to OUR campaign. This is incredible. W O W!! Thank you for paying as much attention as I did, thanks to the poster who gave blood and felt sadness, thanks to all of you who are exhausted...Thank you thank you.

We said...WAKE UP and they did...we have to pray and rest now because we are no good to anyone if we get so overwhelmed and exhausted we cannot think straight...can you tell from this post it is starting to happen to me...I am a mess, but I am alive and I am still free to post here!

Thank you for fighting

YOUR struggle encourages me to keep fighting.

"Always vote your principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost." -John Quincy Adams.

You gotta remember

It wouldn't have mattered that much if we had woken up more people
I'm not tryin to be negative but the reality is that the GOP will not let us win. I think sure, Paul could have won a few states of there was no fraud but i think he still wouldnt have caught on much in the south and the media would have attacked him even more. All we can do now is continue what we are doing and make sure we raise MONEY. the campaign needs money more than anything else right now. Obi-Ron, California is our last hope!

Picked me RIGHT up!

Thank you so much!!! I've felt the same way. I'm a broke 28 year old army vet goin to college on the GI bill. I spend so much time and money to promote liberty and Ron Paul. I've been feeling kinda down lately but now I'm gonna start DONATING PLASMA!!!! hahahaaaa, awesome idea. Plasma for Paul!!!
