Class Action Lawsuit Against Fox News?
I've been thinking a lot on how to deal with the Fox News blatant attempts to manipulate our elections. Fox news make is a point to describe their coverage as "fair and balanced" and "we report, you decide". There are now numerous examples of documented evidence that Fox is acting fraudulently in these promises. This is akin to adversing fraud, where they say one thing and do the opposite.
Just to clarify, I believe very strongly in free speech, but there are certain limitations to this like making false or fraudulent advertisng claims to sell something, like Fox news constantly is doing. This case would focus on the fraudulent nature of their business practices, where the promise on thing and do the opposite. Examples are the exclusion of candidates Paul and Hunter from this recent candidates forum, and the Luntz debacles, among others.
What do you think? Any other examples of Fox fraud? Could a bunch of Ron Paul supporters ban together to raise the money needed to pull this off? Should we even want to do this?

Yes. Funds should be set aside from $20 million.
This is my first experience of following the American election process.
I reside in New Zealand and the goings on that so far I have witnessed with Foxnews and CNN are totally illegal in NZ. Furthermore this year the government is going even further tightening loopholes and preventing interest groups buying elections.
In fact Foxnews is just plain bizaar. Repeatedly listing only 3 or 4 candidates in a group whilst there might only be a percentage point or 2 to the next tier is deliberate missrepresentation and cannot be condoned under any circumstance. In the Primary season it makes sense that new lesser known candidates will begin at the bottom of the heap and work their way up hopefully on merit. CNN, Foxnews make this impossible to do. I am sure the the Primary and caucus process was never meant to be manipulated in this manner.
It appears that the election process is outdated and unsuitable to todays technology. That dosen't excuse Foxnews.
However the candidates are at fault themselves. They do not have the courage to speak out against the real reason.
Any semi intelligent person can see that the media which is beholden to Jewish investors also has a dissproportionate number of Jewish personal in decision making positions.
Little wonder then that the first criteria before any other criteria the candidate has to be perceived as Israel friendly. Obviously any candidate whose policy includes elimination of foreign aid to Israel will be ignored then attacked if still in the race come February.
Anyone bringing this up will no doubt be branded anti semetic however that is a small price to pay when you end up with candidates whose first loyalty is to another country. Its a problem that is staring everyone in the face. Why hasn't anyone the gumption to do something about it ?
Plenty of fuel for that fire

I'd love to see the old media have to wiggle a bit as a result of their biased 'reporting'. I just don't know if there'd even be grounds for a suit.
