WNYC New York Public Radio Covers Daily Paul!

Hello friends,

Daily Paul founder Michael Nystrom did me the honor of allowing to speak to the media on behalf of Daily Paul. WNYC was interested in the grassroots reaction to Dr. Paul's latest fundraising report and his candidacy thus far. Here is the article from their website. Please check it out.

That article sucks!

It's very negative and discouraging. They didn't do us any favor.

My thoughts exactly !

I read the article twice thinking I missed something all I saw was the usual response: Blah blah "he can't win"
Blah Blah Blah!
I say We can Win! ( no thanks to articles like this)

No one But Ron Paul 2012!

No One But Ron Paul 2012!

i read an article in todays

i read an article in todays Wall Street Journal about an American businessman who is a billionaire. He contacted Karl Rove to see if he thought that Rick Santorum has a chance to win the nomination and could beat Obama. This billionaire has donated to the campaigns of several of those who have dropped out already.

He said in the article that he considers that Obama is the most dangerous person in AMerica because he is a socialist.

I wish the campaign would contact this gentleman and make him aware of Ron Paul. Perhaps the recent endorsement by Nassim Taleb that Ron Paul is the only one whose policies would work to get the country back on the rails would help.

No Man's need constitutes an obligation on the part of another man to fulfill that need.

My response?

I think I'll give more money - in addition to my ongoing delegate training.

Under the article

a user named "Robert Fallin" had posted an interesting observation. Although we may not agree with all his points, he tells as it is from an outsider or cool-headed observer.

I don't thinks he's an outsider

He represents a growing number of Ron Paul supporters that believe nepotism has led to Dr. Paul not running the best campaign he can run. As likable as Jesse Benton is, the campaign has been ineffective at combating these misconceptions.

The media shoulders much of the blame, but the lack of pro-activeness on the part of the campaign to 1)not be ready for the distortion and lies being used as criticism; 2)not have an effective plan in place to counter election/voter fraud; and 3)not use campaign dollars on effective advertising, have many supporters upset.

The campaign's ads, while enjoyable to RP supporters, are routinely outclassed by RevolutionPac's ads, at a fraction of the budget. While I'm a new convert as of last year, it must be especially upsetting to those who gave all they could in 2008 only to see it frivolously spent on cartoon gimmicks, then and now, instead of just putting Dr. Paul up there speaking directly to the people.

Good points

But from previous political experiences and betrayal of his former associates, RP knows he cannot trust to outsiders.
CIA can plant drugs to children of faithful RP supporters and made them defect, say lie, squander campaign funds.

So it is tough situation no matter how you project.

Thanks Tom

I'm sorry..

for being such an ignorant RP supporter, but I've looked all over the congressional roster, and just can not seem to find a Libertarian Congressman from Texas? I mean I know we have Ron Paul, a Republican Congressman from Texas. Hmmmm, guess I will keep searching..

you'll probably be looking for a long, long time

When you do find him, please let the rest of us know :)
