Judge Napolitano makes his first appearance on The Special Report w/ Bret Baier @ 6 pm ET

Hopefully Judge can smack down a neocon or two on the All Star Panel today. I don't know if that's exactly what he will be doing though.

The countdown to my first appearance on Special Report is on! Make sure to tune in or set your DVR @ 6-7 pm ET. #SpecialReportwithBretBaier

Way to go Santorum...yes, no pt in voting for romney over obama

Of course Republican pundits know what Santorum is saying is true and that will be what they will be saying in the general that it is pointless to change if these two men are virtually the same or only a tad bit different and offer similar visions and liberal track records. Obama will cream romney on romneycare.

Those 2 media pundits are scumbags and working as romney surrogates.

Judge is not exactly stupid

He had to couch some things in order to get invited onto another show.
But imagining any but a very small minority of RP supporters voting for Romney is stretching things more than a little.
Doubt there would be any on here.

I hope someone can post where

to find the video of the show. Just found out about it, sooo I missed it.

Thanks to whoever knows where this can be found.

The Judge

is by far the best orator in the camp of Common Sense.
He is one of the 3 people I really respect in the modern world.
No prizes for guessing one of the others.

The Judge Could Not Be Himself

At the end of the republican primary discussion Bret turned to the Judge and said in all fairness to you what is the libertarian, specifically the Ron Paul take, on Rick Santorums statement that it would be better to see four more years of Obama rather Romney. The Judge did not correct Bret and tell him the libertarian candidate is Gary Johnson and that he has not been following his campaign but the 16 term republican congressman from Texas, the constitutionalist conservative in the race is attracting 5000 supporters at his rally's, just won MO delegate majority, etc. Instead he said that a lot of the Paul followers also believe that it might be better to have 4 more years of Obama going into the 2016 election than a middle of the road guy like Romney. That was about it, no passion allowed on the Judge's part. Very, Very, Disappointing!

Yep

Even the Judge does not understand the seriousness of the financial situation with Europe about to melt down, he does not have a financial background.
China slowing down and about to have it's own problems - property bubble unwinding and unemployment increasing and exports slowing.
Technical Global Recession on it's way (global growth less than 3%). Some tough times and social unrest ahead.

I am surprised he didn't extrapolate the rate of loss of civil liberties and imagine what the US will be like in 4 or 5 years time with a status quo government.

"In the end, more than they wanted freedom, they wanted security. They wanted a comfortable life, and they lost it all -- security, comfort, and freedom. When ... the freedom they wished for was freedom from responsibility, then Athens ceased to be free."

Yes, he does.

I believe the judge has had to back off for now.

I remember him here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xp4m8x9e_q4

Yep

Judge got to play it careful in order to get on another show.
Tis no good if he overdoes it and gets silenced from TV forever.
Tis a difficult balancing act.

"In the end, more than they wanted freedom, they wanted security. They wanted a comfortable life, and they lost it all -- security, comfort, and freedom. When ... the freedom they wished for was freedom from responsibility, then Athens ceased to be free."

Agreed

I happened to catch that segment and I was very disappointed with the Judge's statement. Mostly because he suggested that "libertarians" (us, presumably) are "split" on whether to go "anyone but Obama" and support Romney or to stick to our principles. Speak for yourself Judge! We are NOT split. We are united in telling the "anyone but Obama" moron-brigade to get F-ed. Ron Paul or None at All!

"Alas! I believe in the virtue of birds. And it only takes a feather for me to die laughing."

Thanks for the heads up!

Just watched it, GO JUDGE!!!!

about to discuss presidential campaign

after commercial, talking about Obama energy policy so far

coming up

after commercial

I'd love for the Jude to nail Baier for his shameful...

performance as moderator of the debate when Baier tried to ambush Ron Paul on nuclear Iran. "Judge, shove that DoD report on the possible consequences of an attack on Iran in any of Baier's offices you choose."

I agree - Baier is a rat.

I think he ambushed Dr. Paul in the 2008 debates as well.

Baier is a long time Ron Paul-hater.

"We have allowed our nation to be over-taxed, over-regulated, and overrun by bureaucrats. The founders would be ashamed of us for what we are putting up with."
