The endorsement was a bit raunchy & crude, but Howard says Ron's the ONLY one who makes any sense!! Official Campaign, please LISTEN TO ME NOT THE BLUENOSES & START RUNNING MORE ADS ON THE SHOWS PEOPLE ACTUALLY LISTEN-TO, WHICH ARE HOWARD & BUBBA. Dammit.

I've been a diehard Howard fan for around 10 years now. Trust me, his audience is one of the most loyal there is. That is a main reason Sirius hired him.His advertisers have said many times that his fans respond unbelievably to the ads run on the show.

We should email the campaign, asking them to rerun the ad,another ad or a brand new ad. It's worth a shot.

I hope the anti-howard crowd on dailypaul keeps their personal opinions to themselves this time. Everyone needs to here about RP, not just people you personally prefer as supporters. Don't be like the GOP. They don't want us in the party, remember? We're crabgrass, to them.

RP may be better advised to simply pay Howard to read an ad...

Anyway, I just zipped thru the Howard ads, and RP had NONE today. If we'd bought 1/3 the ads cashforgold.com bought, who knows how well we'd be doing now. There are millions of us.

I don't listen to Stern, but I know he has the ear of a large amount of the 'synical' population who are tired and distrustful of Big government. On the night of the Boston Tea Party donating extravaganza, (when Paul ultimately was crowned the $6 millon dollar man), I was trying to email everyone I could think of to donate. I came across some group in Hollywood, CA who was in the process of putting together a swimsuit calender of pretty girls who were actually giving intelligent reasons on why they support RP. They were selling (about $10) pre-ordered copies, and would send once calender was complete. I thought of Howard Stern and how he would probably be interested in this gig. So I emailed the link to his associates. Like I said, I don't listen to Stern, so I do not know if my email was received or followed up.

...became our Oprah, it would be HUGE. The only thing Dr. Paul would have to do is say "I may not like some of the things his does and says on his show, but he certainly has a right to say it" and then go on about the FCC a bit and make it clear that Stern's fans are good Americans and that he'd be honored to have their support.

Believe me... if Dr. Paul can make a case for going on Alex Jones, he can make a case for accepting Stern's endorsement.

He keeps talking about the overgrowth of government, the FCC being nothing but a tool for the special interests, and so forth.

He made a great little speech about it last thursday at the beginning of the show.

this is positive. Ask Christie Todd Whitman and Pataky when they were running for Governor of their respected states, they called in one day to the show and Howard endorsed them both.

Since I did not hear it or don't have a clip, hope it's true. Thanks for the info.

Did he actually mention RP's name on that rant? As far as I know, this AM was the first time since Stanhope in Jan. (also positive!) that RP was mentioned by name. Stern's ALWAYS talking about stuff like the FCC, though. And (another hint to the campaign...) this week might be a good one for a Texas Straight Talk regaring the neverending lobbyist-welfare-programs known as the XM-Sirius attempted-merger.

I know they WERE during the vacation "best of Stern" stuff, but I haven't seen one lately. If they're running them, they need to run MORE! :) And now we KNOW it's a good idea to get the man on the show, especially if we can somehow convince Doug Stanhope to come on with us (which IS possible, Doug's cool with us!).
