Mutiny of The GOP Mothership

We are not leaving. We are here to stay, and we are taking over the GOP Mothership one state at a time. It's a big piece of ship, but we're slowly and methodically taking it over - legally.

Missouri is a prime example - Ron Paul is winning the majority of state delegates, as Rick Santorum won the frothy piggy pageant. Weee! Oik, oik as the old media says...

"Go third party now!" Jump ship! Leave! Go Away!

Wha? NO. Heck no! That's like punting on first and goal. Makes no sense. I SMELL BACON! We are winning the delegate battle in Iowa, North Dakota, Minnesota, Alaska, Nevada, Missouri, Washington, and Maine. That's about 1/3rd of the states that have already voted!

The GOP really kicked themselves in the ass by moving the caucus and primary election dates up a month. They thought they could easily sail candidate captain Romney through the political straits of America earlier than originally planned without encountering a storm.

Now they've got a political storm, and a mutiny on their hands. Romney is a shipwreck that's already happened, as Ron Paul's national delegate template starts taking over the GOP Mothership.

I just had to log back in

to vote this up! Eventually, we'll have enough control of the GOP to get rid of the electronic voting machines and switch to a fully transparent paper ballot system.

Yes sir.

I think you're right. The GOP leadership is about a bunch of sleazy folks as I've ever seen, and they only have themselves to thank for the attempt to steamroll the primaries and caucuses. Ole Mitt's in a little trouble, now that the race drags on, despite the pundits saying he's "on track" to nail this down. There will be much more pressure on Ron Paul to get out of the way. Notice the "new" poll that says 61% of GOP says he should back out. Ha Ha. Would these be the same GOP pollees that manipulate caucus results, or the same guys that say it Ron Paul wins, "We'll simply remove him and focus on who comes in second"? I just hope the delegate gathering strategy is working, and continues in full strength. Just understand, the forces in the GOP will really be coming after Paul.

Yes - the GOP forces will indeed be hitting us hard.

That's why, if they are ugly enough, Dr. Paul at some point (not yet) should just run as an Independent.

NOT on another party ticket where some of the platform might not be in concert with Dr. Paul's ideals.

Just run as an Inedpendent if that is still possible.

Otherwise endorse some 3rd party candidate.

But I can't give the Neo-Cons the satisfaction of my vote.

You know, the likes of Karl Rove, Sean Hannity, Michael Medved, Mark Levin, Laura Ingraham, Lindsey Graham, John McCain, Joe Lieberman etc.

"We have allowed our nation to be over-taxed, over-regulated, and overrun by bureaucrats. The founders would be ashamed of us for what we are putting up with."
-Ron Paul

Any guesses what Dr. Paul might do?

Remember - in 2008 he did NOT endorse McCain.

Maybe he sees Romney as slightly less of a Neo-Con.

But I can't really get a handle on WHAT Romney is.

He seldom answers a question directly. He dances around and oftentimes NEVER answers.

I'm not sure HE knows who he is. I also think he just plain doesn't know much about many critical issues (like the FED).

He should be selling used cars - not running for president.

"We have allowed our nation to be over-taxed, over-regulated, and overrun by bureaucrats. The founders would be ashamed of us for what we are putting up with."
-Ron Paul

Yes - I'll fight hard as long as Dr. Paul is there.

The final story is yet to be told.

I am very interested to see how he handles the endgame this time.

But my inclination is that after November, I'll be dumping the republican party for good.

Probably go apathetic like I did for 34 years.

We'll see.

Romney is the only stable ship and not a shipwreck

he has been frontrunner and still is with noone with a great chance of overtaking him.

truth hurts, but it is too late to take over gop. no more debates.

it is good for paul to win delegates in mo, but he lost in other states. and in mo, there was some sheningans. gop and media will write him off as saying again that libertarians are a very small part of gop and paul is an educator. to get indep and disgruntled democrats, you can't get them in gop. especially those voters are going to romney, unless there is a third option.

Hey, it happens.

Tyranny's best friend is Liberty not served.

i'm saying get away from romney

and not run to him via gop. so your comment was sarcastic and funny, but an inaccurate read of my comment. any relationship or support for romney or thinking he is better than any of the other cons that are or have been in the race is a vote for that dark one.

I understand...

And I apologize for the remark. Ron Paul 2012!!!

No 2016 Election if Obama re-elected

If Obama wins in November, there would even be a question if we would have free elections in 2016. I don't see our country surviving another 4 years of Obama. I know this is pretty pessimistic but I see no light at the end of the tunnel.

with the rate and speed obama

with the rate and speed obama is going yes in 4 years there won't be a lot left.

You didn’t emphasize the necessity to win the nomination.

The only way to take over the GOP is if Ron wins the nomination. If that happens MSM will have no choice except to broadcast the message of liberty to the sleeping masses which would result in a huge awakening and a peaceful restoration of constitutional governance.

If Ron Paul does not win the nomination and accepts a cabinet position then Obama would most likely win because the message would continue to be blacked out and the peaceful RP revolution would be assimilated like the 2008 tea party and rendered impotent. If by chance the republicans took presidency they wouldn’t let Ron do what’s necessary in his cabinet position to restore constitutional governance and the peaceful RP revolution would still be assimilated because his message would still be blacked out. The only chance at stopping the establishment and beating Obama is either by winning the nomination or going 3rd party to keep the peaceful revolution going forward.

Very important to note: The enemies of freedom want to assimilate the RP revolution into the GOP just like they did to the 2008 tea party and render it impotent. RP supporters must not fall for this scheme otherwise peaceful revolution is no longer an option.

your note

How do you keep a heads up?

>The only way to take over

>The only way to take over the GOP is if Ron wins the nomination.

No.

What will likely happen is GOP will pull out all the stops and bend all the rules in order to keep Paul from gaining any real wins. They likely won't even let him speak at the convention. After that the Paul supporters need STAY IN THE GOP and continue to work to take it over.

Why?

Because Romney will lose, and Paul supporters need to be there in 2013 and 2014 to point fingers at the neoconservative establishment and say YOU LOST in '08 and '12. You are OUT OF HERE.

Why?

Because Rand Paul will likely run in '16 and that means he will need us in every level of the GOP starting in about '14 because that's when the race will begin.

"Paul supporters need to be there ...to point fingers"

Wow... what a revolution that is... a few people pointing fingers. That will sure put a halt to all these wars, NDAA, destruction of the dollar... the end of America.

Sarcasm noted.

If the GOP elites succeed this time, it will be the last time they do, one way or the other. Hopefully, we will still have "open" elections in 2016 but, I doubt that would happen without today's RP supporters staying in the GOP, working and pushing hard for liberty and freedom candidates on all levels all over the country.

As long as RON Paul is a member of the GOP, I will probably not change affiliation. If GOP can get back to its roots and we stay and fight for the restoration of the Constitution, I will be there. America is dying but, it ain't dead yet. There is still a chance for recovery. Right now is not the time to walk away.

“As long as RON Paul is a member of the GOP”

Ron has been a member of the GOP for many years and the GOP still went further from its roots. He’ll have even less power and independence in a promise cabinet position within a party that will for certain lose against Obama then he did as a congressman.

True RP supporters (not establishment GOP disguised as RP supporters) want Obama out and Paul in. Establishment GOP supporters want the GOP to continue so the party can survive and Obama can survive (the two party duopoly) and the only ones who will die are true RP supporters.

gop will continue to weaken and fracture more

gop will continue, but will continue to weaken as liberals gain more and more power. liberals own most of media which gives them the upperhand, conservatives have been getting weaker for a long time. as dependency increases, so will liberal power. as more people have liberal social views, dnc power will continue to increase.

gop is already fractured, but that is good in some ways, as it gives room for groups to break apart from the leadership and start their own party with its own rules.

estab folks are looking to settle on hillary for pres 2016.

"liberals own most of media"

libs don't own the media.... the people who own the Fed do.... they also own the GOP.... Hollywood too...they own just about everything.... no diff between libs and GOP... proof: Obama
