Just what makes you think Dr. Paul is strong enough to be president?

0 votes

I have sat back and watch Dr. Paul being lied about and laughed at and taunted and every time he conducts himself as a statesman!

He has been knock down but every time has gotten up and stood straight and continued to carry the banner of freedom.

When McCain taunted him in the last debate Dr. Paul conducted himself like a true man of honor!

Not in my life time have I seen a man with such strength could stand
in front of thousands that were laughing at him an not waver one iota.

He is the Thomas Jefferson of our age and to miss out on this movement would be one of the greatest misfortunes of a man or womans life.

To be able to stand up for freedom and liberty is a thing that the poets write about through out the ages!

It is an awesome feeling to truly be free and we as Americans have the chance to get our freedom back!

God bless Dr. Paul and his family!

God bless all my Ron Paul brothers and sisters!

Without question he is the strongest...

Strength in a leader is found in his/her character. So the question is how can anyone think any other candidate has the character to represent people at any level of government?
Dr Pauls character is unquestionable.

Liberty = Responsibility

Liberty = Responsibility

He can bench-press 400lbs?

need I say more? :)

Ron Paul

Ron Paul is the tip of the peoples funnel. WE The People are behind him in mass, by the thousands and growing, he is the voice through which all of us speak!

He has never been knocked down.

He has, however, had to wipe the crap thrown his way off of his brow.

"Vote for Paul if you want it all! Goodbye taxes! Goodbye big bro! Hello all my money! Oh! There you are freedom! What?! You have maryjane!?! Oh, wait, everything is fine now...the Doc saved America!"

"Vote for Paul if you want it all! Goodbye taxes! Goodbye big bro! Hello all my money! Oh! There you are freedom! What?! You have maryjane!?! Oh, wait, everything is fine now...the Doc saved America!"

Seriously, he has been

Seriously, he has been taking this crap for years probably. It's only been inside of congress though. I can't imagine how many times Hillary, Kennedy, and McCain probably snickered as Dr. Paul attacked the Fed over the years trying to save our economy. Now that he is in the spotlight the attacks are out in the open. If you look at what is happening with our economy its only now starting to come about. My wife reminded me of Noah. If you read Genesis you will see that God closed the ark and then there was 7 days before the rain. I can only imagine how many people were probably taunting him, saying he was a kook.

As for me and my family, we are with the kooks! Anyone smell rain?

Thanks for the analogy..

not a christian but my book is similar to yours and states the noah's effort to change his people...but they ridiculed and mocked him...saying they shall climb the tallest mountain where no water shall reach them....his son was part of it too....but alas he was always right and they ran to every corner but the water swept them away....

It's not about Ron Paul

The better question would be, "Just what makes you think you are strong enough to govern yourself?"
This race has never been about Ron Paul. Take away the supporters and he would still be "tilting at windmills" in Congress.

Just like you I have nothing but repsect and admiration for Ron Paul.

We have to have a very long view of this revolution.

Ron Paul is not the driving force - as much as it sure seems that way. He just gives voice to our heartfelt issues.

Could we do this without him? I doubt we would have had such a strong nationwide start. But I know he will not be around for the finish. It will take a sustained, persistant effort to recover what we've lost in America.

Are we strong enough to put aside our pride and work together?
Are we committed to doing the daily, boring follow-up?

Good post.

Grassroots: This Is Our Campaign - Own It.

Sorry, but your not being fair here.

Just as he's not the driving force, neither are we. TOGETHER we are the driving force! You're forgetting that without each other we are NOTHING!!! If there was No Ron Paul out there for us to coalesce around, where would we be?

angels advocate

mornin yall,,,,,,let me play angels advocate and ask this question........who do you think Dr. Ron will choose for vice president?

How about:

Barry Goldwater Jr. or an interesting one would be Mel Gibson! Haha.
Ron, of course, would make an excellent choice for his VP, I am sure.
Someone as cool headed as he is and well versed in the constitution.

affirmation: President Paul

BEAUTIFULLY SAID.
Pray for Dr. Paul's safety and well-being............

affirmation: President Paul 2008

He is able to say yes and no in kind way

he always keeps the door open to anyone he talks to but will always stand on truth. You have to love this guy. IMO

After 50+ years

After 50 + years of weak presidents, Paul will be a refreshing change.

Unlike his colleagues before him, he'll have truth and wisdom on his side as well as strength. His also has a uncanning ability to do what he says he will do.

Uh, what makes me think...

Dr. Paul is strong enough?

He routinely has stood up to the other 534 members of Congress for over 19 years. There's plenty more, but seeing as how I'm voting for a President, that's the #1 for me.

i agree

i agree

Could you imagine being

Could you imagine being knocked around for 30 years.. and FINALLY your message starts to resonate with the masses. Absolutely amazing what this man has went through for our benefit.

I agree

Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Dr. Paul

is powered by the strength of his convictions.
