Petition- help native Hawaiian family's ancestral land stolen by gov't

Uncle Abel, a native Hawaiian man and his family have been stewarding their ancestral land at Kawa'a for decades. There had been a coup by real estate agents and con artists to steal the land and sold it to a developer, Ed Olson, who in turn sold this ill acquired land to the county of HI. Uncle Abel and family have been growing food, allowing the homeless to have a place for shelter, and protecting sensitive cultural sites and artifacts at this pristine coast. Now, they are all about to be evicted so that the county can pave it with more concrete and make another park out of it with federal grants while there are already 2 parks within 2 miles on either side of Kawa'a. Wonder whose pocket into which much of this 'grant' goes into and who stands to profit? Please sign this petition in an attempt to save Kawa'a fr. theft, and contact the mayor along with the county council of this atrocious act against this native family as well as the assault on the environment.
