Wow! Look at this photo of the line formed before the speech.

Here's another from Inside, before Paul spoke.

Paul took direct aim at American Exceptionalism.

The Baltimore Sun reports that Ron Paul spoke to an enthusiastic capacity crowd of approx 1,700.

University officials claim the crowd to hear Paul was similar in size to what Obama drew a year ago---they had to turn away hundreds tonight!

Paul asks: "Why don't we just mind our own business?"

Audio interviews from the event are available here---scroll down on right hand side--Includes radio interview with Paul.

DailyPaul user pfisch87 has a few dozen photos here.

Great crowd, great event. Dr. Paul was at his best. I love this guy!

Remember, freedom isn't free!

Liberty is not free, It must be earned!

How come so many dislikes for Part 1

I don't know...but the audio

I don't know...but the audio does fade in and out in some of the video, to the point it is difficult to hear what he is saying... so not the best audio quality. But the speech itself was great, I really liked this one.

This kind of a crowd, this much of a crowd in a state that

borders Washington DC. Maryland has the highest number of federal employees in the nation. It is where Nancy D. otherwise known as Pelosi is from, its where Barbara Mikulski is elected, the longest-serving female in Congress. IT could be that it will take a woman, who doesn't feel the need to be a gentleman & treat women right, or won't be ridiculed for treating women wrong, to keep both of them from being re-elected or get both of them out of office. You shouldn't think, as a man, you can equally oust a female incumbent as a female can. If a woman insults a female its not seen as the same as if a male insults her. Elections aren't subject to equal employment opportunity (EEO). You can vote for or against someone based on their race.

For some reason, we're expected to know every law that exists in America & in our state so we don't break it. We're supposed to know this when we're 18. There's no litmus test for them, as in the 10 commandments or rhyme or reason. C.U.R.E.

To completely vote for Paul in Maryland, you must vote for him

plus his delegates, 3 regular, 3 alternate per US Congressional District. The delegate names have Paul beside them. Only registered Republicans can vote for Paul, Maryland is not an open-primary state. If there aren't 6 Paul names, 7 total on your ballot, vote only for Paul if you aren't sure who the other delegates support. Its ok to cast a blank ballot if you don't approve of who the candidates are. Paul's name will only count as write-in if hes a registered write-in candidate. Also on the Maryland Republican ballot is Corrogan Vaughn, US Senate. He has a plan on his website for how he can obtain enough Democrat votes in the general election to get elected. A winning strategy 2012.

If you have the opportunity to go to a rally, its not impt. to go to hear Paul, you can probably catch it on You Tube afterwards. Its impt. to go & not stay home so you can show the media that Paul is indeed able to fill to capacity whereever he goes & doesn't lack support. 1 person fills to capacity, 1 person makes sure the doors are locked. How the police act after the doors are locked, thats a different story.

What the heck ... please also keep in mind in Maryland, now, you can receive a traffic ticket by an officer without your signature, which means theres no proof that you've gotten it, which means, since you have to send in for a trial, you won't find out about it till you get a DMV notice, which means you have to post a penalty deposit to get a trial, which may be on the other side of the state & prove you weren't near the location the ticket was issued at. Don't know why the General Assembly allowed that to happen. A penalty deposit is = to the ticket amount. If you don't post a penalty deposit, the DMV can suspend your license, what a mess. You cannot request a hand-written ticket & you can't request to sign your ticket. Trials are no longer automatically scheduled, you have to write in for 1, so you have to know to write in for 1. How you're going to prove you weren't speeding or running a red light? Lights don't stay red & your speed is 0 when the car's stopped. Now, those of you in Maryland, do you have Paul signs up at the early voting locations, huh huh?

Paul probably bothered to pass through Maryland cause its not a winner-take-all state. The delegates are awarded per Congressional District. Watch out, it is possible for vote for Paul & 3 non-Paul delegates. Washington DC is winner-take-all. After your state Primary is finished, you want to make calls for Paul, a link is available on ---> & you want to see when the Primary is in a state that borders you & help them out. Do your homework. Go to the results from past elections + see where the Republican super voters are showing up & put signs there. If you have a choice b/t putting a sign at a poll where 25 Republicans + 500 Democrats are vs. a place where 500 Republicans are (Supervoters) + 25 Democrats, put the signs where the 500 Republicans are. All polling places are not equal. This only applies to closed-primary states, where the swing vote isn't taken into consideration. A super-voter is someone who bothers to vote in the Primary + General elections. If you think PG County, MD is insignificant to the country, it is how Steny Hoyer became Majority Leader.

For some reason, we're expected to know every law that exists in America & in our state so we don't break it. We're supposed to know this when we're 18. There's no litmus test for them, as in the 10 commandments or rhyme or reason. C.U.R.E.

Hundreds Turned Away

This has got to stop.

If you are a Ron Paul supporter to the core, give your seat to someone else.

Have a party (an organizing parade party) outside with the other supporters. You can probably give Ron Paul's speeches as well or better than he can, anyway.

We need to let the new recruits and potential recruits in.

What do you think? http://consequeries.com/

Brilliant response: Recruit newbies by giving them a freebie!

I love it. From my own psychology and behavior I can say that such an idea would never have occurred to me -- because I love RP so much that I'd never pass up an opportunity to hear him speak. Until now.

Pass 'em up, folks, if you can get an undecided friend to go in your place.

While I was listening to AM680 Neocon Talk Radio

A lady was reporting from College Park "where a line of about 50 people stood waiting to hear Ron Paul." I laughed. 50 Really? That many?

Was that at around 3pm? ;)

Was that at around 3pm? ;)

I wanted to be there so bad, but...

But I was really sick Tuesday night so even though my fever broke, I decided it would be best for everyone if I didn't show up! It's ok though, I got to see Dr. Paul front and center in Springfield, VA and more importantly...

Since I didn't go, I decided to cast an early vote for Dr. Paul in the DC Primary last night! Woot!

Did anyone else get

an Obama commercial on the first video? I finally did skip and got to Ron Paul.

I never tire of hearing Paul

I never tire of hearing Paul and seeing the wonderful crowds of young people. He seems to get better and better. I don't even mind the moving camera and sound glitches. The movement appears to be unstoppable.

Let's make sure we share the picture of

the line waiting! Powerful

Thanks For Uploading the Video!

You know that we won't see any portions of the video on the MSM.

Once, again another great speech by Ron Paul. The crowds at his speeches surpass all of the other candidates. Isn't it interesting how those numbers aren't represented on election day for Ron Paul?

Awesome. Thanks JPS. These young people make me proud

as does Dr Paul.

SteveMT's picture

This kind of enthusiasm cannot be duplicated.

Bump for another great speech & great packed audience.

I was there. It was great- so much energy in the room. The crowd was getting worked up and chants were started before Paul came out. Lots of extended applause and multiple standing ovations. Hoping we can take a few of these districts for him next week!

Here are some of my own photos from the night (about 40)if anyone is interested.

Thank you

Ron looks great

and sounds great as always .... really refreshed ....

When I Clicked On Part 4...This Is What I Got..

I hope it's fixed now :)

Usually, it's the minarchists who mess with me.

I was there

The crowd was going fricken electric before the speech like all of them I'm guessing. Freedom is popular in Maryland/DC area let me tell you. If I had to guess there were a total of 35 maybe even more round of applause and 3 of those were standing o's. Best time of my life I have to say. If Ron Paul comes to your state make an effort to go there no matter how far it is. It took me and my brother 2 hours during rush hour. It was so worth it.

PS I already voted via absentee ballot.

Watched the videos...

and this crowd seemed particularly excited..

Just added Video

I just added a short clip from tonight's speech. I'll add the whole thing if I find it :)

yes, I'm posting them

I've got thru part 3, it'll be in 9 parts apparently
