Boycott Jelly Belly This Easter - JB supports Santorum

The Jelly Belly Factory in California hosted a Santorum event yesterday. Since Easter is coming and many of us will be buying jelly beans this week, how about avoiding the Jelly Belly Brand. I know , they ARE really good, but hey, make a little sacrifice.Voting with your wallet is an expression of our power as consumers.

can I just boycott the "Buttered Popcorn" jelly bean variety instead? I'm having some real difficulty, ahem... bellying up to this issue. : )

I hadn't had them in years, but just last night my wife surprised me with a small pack which we shared. It reminded me how much I love them.

GMO Corn Syrup

Virtually all corn syrup in the country has a GMO source, and causing birth defects and damage to mice in tests, even to the next generation.

No one should be eating corn syrup: it was bad before, and it's worse, now, that it's also made from genetically modified corn.

Sometimes I just have to put it all out of my mind that they are trying to kill me, and enjoy a few of life's simpler pleasures along the way. But I hear ya Miss Liberty, I truly do. : )
