Hey Guys, did you know that ALL HollowPt/JHP are "Cop-Killer Bullets?" So says "Conservative" Murdoch's NY Post!Submitted by AnCapMercenary on Sat, 03/31/2012 - 23:03
“Most civilians don’t carry hollow-points because they are more expensive,”said Kenneth Cooper, a certified New York state firearms and use-of-force instructor."
Well, tell you what. If you ever wanna learn how to properly defend yourself using firearms, no matter what, never, ever, ever take a firearms safety, tactical defense shooting, or legality of lethal self-defense lessons from a NY or NJ "certified firearms instructor."
You really wonder if NY/NJ Statists have ANY brains left...
Rhetorical, never mind.

A lame-brained Manhattan thug tried to save the $2 PATH fare to New Jersey yesterday by jumping the turnstile — while carrying a concealed pistol loaded with “cop-killer” bullets, authorities said.
Perpetrator Rubin Sanabria, 36, was quickly nabbed by two alert Port Authority cops at the 14th Street/Sixth Avenue PATH station, according to the PA police.
Officers Matt Vogelman and Pat Carroll had spotted Sanabria dodging the fare at about 4:30 a.m. and then noticed a suspicious bulge sticking out of his waistband...
It gets better, the statist 'expert' referred to us as "civilians!"
Like "aggravate," "irregardless," an accepted and twisted, erroneously used in modern lexicon or not, no matter how many 'dictionaries' re-adjusted their definition to comply with the modern meme of the State or not, no matter what the State says, an apple is not an orange: the only ones who qualify under the definition of "civilians" are, even in the 21st century, only those who are NOT in the military. As in, the 99% of us, INCLUDING cops. The proper definition of "civilians" is NOT those who don't work for govt, as most of these statist monkeys seem to accept and delude.
Then again, most govt leeches don't know a single line from the only thing they swore to uphold. So, none of this should come as a surprise.
Is anyone working on a massive brain reset gizmo or something??
If not now, when?
"Sanabria was charged with resisting arrest, possession of hollow-point bullets, weapons possession and theft of services — the legal term for fare-beating."
What the... I know it's been awhile since I lived in the region, and because I don't put anything past the Nazis in the North East, so I had to ask: is there really a law against owning hollowpoint/JHP ammo in NY or NJ??
Holy Mother F... Unfortunately, I found out the reality is even more crazier and stranger than fiction, in New Jersey. Can you believe NJ actually did something even more stupider than NY? Never mind...
Like, what the F-ety F' F?? Just who is the moron who wrote that into 'law?' Don't think anyone from the Brady Campaign could even be that daft. Then again, who knows?

Provided certain conditions are met, a sportsman may transport and use hollow point ammunition. There are no restrictions preventing a sportsman from keeping such ammunition at his home.
N.J.S.A 2C:39-3f(1) limits the possession of hollow nose ammunition. However, there is a general exception that allows for the purchase of this ammunition but restricts the possession of it to specified locations. This exception provides that:
(2) Nothing is sub section f (1) shall be construed to prevent a person from keeping such ammunition at his dwelling, premises or other land owned or possessed by him, or from carrying such ammunition from the place of purchase to said dwelling or land . . . [N.J.S.A 26:39-3g (2)].
Thus a person may purchase this ammunition and keep it within the confines of his property. Sub section f (1) further exempts from the prohibited possession of hollow nose ammunition "persons engaged in activities pursuant to N.J.S.A 2C:39-6f. . . ."
N.J.S.A 26:39-3f. (1).
Activities contained in N.J.S.A 26:39-6f. can be broken down as follows:
1.A member of a rifle or pistol club organized under rules of the National Board for the Promotion of Rifle Practice and which filed its charter with the State Police;
2.A person engaged in hunting or target practice with a firearm legal for hunting in this State;
3.A person going directly to a target range, and;
4.A person going directly to an authorized place for "practice, match, target, trap or skeet shooting exhibitions."
Welcome to Jersey, where the only 'people' who are allowed to keep and bear firearms for self-defense are mobsters and cops. Hm, same difference, except the Mob don't own ALL of the court system. So given the option which 'mob' do you think an adrenaline junkie would join, given the option? One that literally let's you get away with murder with taxpayer subsidized legal costs? Or one that costs you an expensive lawyer to get off?
Note to all gunowners in NY-metro region, if you're gonna carry an old S&W Sigma in .40cal, don't be a moron and jump a turnstyle! What, you thought the Statist Nazis were gonna simply ignore that? lol oy veh.
