boo to you
such a naysayer you are
i would go along with the fact of the size of crowds attending paul meetings and the stories that we hear delegates are being won at the local level and being sent on to the state convention level
so stop naysaying dude!

I agree
This number is pure fantasy.
No one knows exact numbers.
But it is possible to get pretty accurate numbers by state - plus or minus a few.
This number does not even attempt to break it down by state and is WAY off.
Sure detailed numbers will change a bit as conventions are held and more info becomes available.
Unless you come at things from a realistic perspective you will get nowhere.
"In the end, more than they wanted freedom, they wanted security. They wanted a comfortable life, and they lost it all -- security, comfort, and freedom. When ... the freedom they wished for was freedom from responsibility, then Athens ceased to be free."
In an open convention, bound delegates become unbound.
In an open convention, bound delegates become unbound. So your numbers don't hold, "champion26" -- if Paul supporters win those "bound" spots, Paul easily has those 380 delegates.

Yes it does hold
I'm working with the delegates on the first round of voting. What other way is there to work with at this stage?
What doesn't hold is the assumption that we will get 20% of delegates that were formerly bound. Yes, one should be hopeful, but how does one calculate into the projections the amount of delegates that will go Paul's way after the first round of a brokered convention that hasn't come yet?
Where is the evidence that 20% will just go to Paul? There is none. And that's assuming a brokered convention happens, which is still a hard thing to happen.
If these numbers are working with assumptions after the first round of voting it should state that so people know, not misinform them. And if it is working with those assumptions, and because it's all just speculation at this point, why not just say 60% of formerly bound delegates go to Paul?
Until Mitt Moneys lawers get to State Conventions.
Then it's all over. They win.
Time for a REVOLUTION!!!!
Good News
Thanks for the positive update!

Oh, I SO wish to be there at Tampa!
Our state convention, an old nest for neocon central characters, is coming up on April 14.
We'll need tons of luck, miracles and good smart quick parliamentary experts to prevail :-)
Wow! I Wish This Were True....
Thanks Matt...
