wow, that got pulled fast...
Stern has MILLIONS of Faithful Listeners!
His endorsement would be huge for the campaign. I cannot believe some of you people are condemning Stern for the views that he holds. Howard Stern is a champion of the 1st Amendment and has been routinely persecuted by the FCC for expressing his beliefs. We need Stern to endorse the good doctor. Please get on board. It is not too late.
Stern is not one of us
Stern is setting up a straw man. He comes out and says "I kinda agree w/everything that guys just said." Now he will come back and say that RP turned out to be racist and they will obliterate the straw man and convince their addled listenership to do the same all in keeping with his establishment goals. Stern will not benefit from greater competition or a free country because he a lock on his market; a monopoly.
That will ONLY work if
This person
http://www.wendymcelroy.com/news.php?extend.1297
remains selfish & silent despite his past writings. If the campaign actually responds to Stern and treats him like a fellow human being who has likewise been a victim of SEVERE media bias (since it's true!) we might see different results. But so far, the campaign's handling of this gift has been a disaster, as the Letterman backpedaling shows. I'm amazed with all of this. Someone needs to cure the campaign if even a schlub like me could do better, and I could.

Does anybody have the first
Does anybody have the first video or sound bite of Howard Stern endorsing Ron Paul?
You know the one where Howard says: "He's Fantastic!"
You Tube seems to have removed it and I want to send it to a few of my friends. (FYI: A lot of my friends are big Howard Stern fans)
Thanks.
Here's the Link for the Day
Here's the Link for the Day 1 mentioning.
sarcasmo my friend
you keep pushing this idea that we should pay to use sterns exact words. why? the people that like and respect stern hear them already. it would just turn everybody else off. you are a loyal and adoring fan of stern so i understand where you are coming from, but it just doesnt make sense. let stern convince his listeners to support ron paul, and that will be plenty help enough from him.
thanks
EDITED: i just read again and maybe I misunderstood - you meant replaying his words on his own show - I have no problem with that.
thanks, yes. And now he's saying MORE good stuff
This makes 3 days in a row.
One of Howard's constant rants is that he doesn't like doing the commercials where he has to read something. Buying just a replay of what he already said and paying the higher price for it would play right into his old rants about doing that, and would be more than worth the money. I am just a fan (the only thing I adore is the hot lesbos -- I'm a hot young lesbian cruelly-trapped in an ugly old man's body!) but I know how the show and its fans work. We need ADS on that show, and none of the campaign's ads sound nearly as good as what Howard said yesterday about Ron Paul.
Do you folks know why "Sanjaya" did so-well despite the wishes of Fox executives? Howard's audience. Period. The numbers say it all. Today's Howard's 2 year anniversary on Sirius. The campaign needs to buy the ad I've suggested YESTERDAY. Other expenditures are a waste. Sirius ads reach high tech early adopters, and BY FAR the biggest Sirius audience is on Howard's 2 stations.
I don't care if they didn't think of it and I did, it's THE RIGHT THING TO DO. This opportunity is slipping-away, campaign. None of you are Stern Show listeners like me, so none of you know the power of the show. Plenty of you have probably, ironically, been affected by the MASSIVE media bias out there against Stern. You need to get over that and join Howard's revolution (yes, they call their movement that, too).

i have been working on a friend of mine for 10 months
and he has been slowly coming around, but the thing that softened him the most was hearing his boy STERN talk about Ron Paul. Yes, HS has influence and I have seen it first hand.
He was on the bandwagon for only a day though, the old newsletter situation has become an issue for him now!
But that's besides the point.
Howard Stern Prod. pulled it
About five minutes ago. It was 6th on Youtube. They're saying copyright infringement but I wonder how many subscribers it got for sirus Radio

How about
How about Paulites find the RP speech on the House floor where he defends Howard Stern free speech rights. Howard talked about it today, about 4 and half hours into the show. Video of the speech would be great or a transcript so we could email it to Howard.
I couldn't find that, but...

has Howard confronting Michael Powell...Great radio!!

An endorsement from Howard Stern is nothing to rejoice about
An endorsement from Howard Stern is nothing to rejoice about.
Stern represents the libertine aspect of libertarian which is not what Ron Paul represents.
Stern is an abomination to God and ripe for hell.
IndependenceNotRevolution
really?
Seems to me that a guy who has millions of listeners might be of some help to us. Not all of us are religious, you know. I don't have satellite radio, but I used to listen to Howard fairly often. I guess I'm "ripe for hell" too. Oh well.
We need freedom for everyone, not just those you view as religiously correct.

I'm glad you are so morally correct you feel the need to judge. Shouldn't that be God's job or were you somehow appointed his proxy?
Could you stop with that crap
I guess I should stop supporting RP,along with others here, because we are not religious and listen to Howard. Under your logic, I am an abomination to God and ripe for hell. That's fine with me because I am atheist and don't believe in religion. Keep your religious views to yourself, just like RP does.
I Second That!!
I totally agree with you...I do believe but not so religious...I welcome everyone who supports Ron Paul!! Whether they believe or not!! One thing I truly believe is that Ron Paul brings everyone together no matter what or who you believe in....This movement is about Freedom of each individual to think, feel, etc. as they wish!! I believe all Ron Paul supporters are the best and I welcome everyone!! Go Howard!! I hope Howard has Ron Paul on his show!!!
I'm a Daily Stern listener
I'll respectfully disagree with you.
Also, don't you think that pretty much every show Ron Paul has been on, the host did not represent him? It's about getting your ideas out there with someone whom agrees with you on many of your main points, and an audience of several million listerners.
It's a free country, people can listen to whomever they want. Free speech is ours.
Howard Ran as a Libertarian
I know Howard either received or attempted to receive the LP nomination for a state race in NY state. I believe it was governor.
My memory is a little hazy on the details, but Howard Stern appears to be a Libertarian. I know he wants to kill the FCC.
Dennis Hoff, entrapenuer and
Dennis Hoff, entrapenuer and owner of one of America's few legal prostitution establishments, the Nevada Bunny Ranch, has officially endorsed republican presidential nominee, congressman and physician (obstetretician and gynecologist) Ron Paul. See link to youtube video below.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kMVGmPwo4W8
Dennis Hoff has his bunnies directly asking customers for donations to help support the candidate he and his employees believe to be supporting personal liberty and freedom. Ron Paul is the ONLY presidential candidate who supports unabridged personal liberty and freedom of speech AND would fight to dismantle FCC regulations already in place on media like radio and television and prohibit regulation of the internet. This is big news for Howard Stern fans - especially since Howard Stern recently lauded Ron Paul's honesty and appeal on his radio show (here: http://www.dailypaul.com/node/22459 ) AND considering Howard Stern staunch support for personal liberty, deregulation of media outlets, and supply-side economic views (Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate to support across the board tax-cuts, and the only candidate with an unquestionable voting record to support it.
I really think at this point
I really think at this point the Ron Paul HQ needs to make contact with the Stern show. All the e-mails in the world won't change the fact that HQ has been pretty quiet to this.
Not just "make contact."
We need to buy that ad-time and then pay to use HOWARD'S EXACT WORDS TODAY, VERBATIM. Non show listeners (who should NOT email Fred, he knows what he needs to know from those of us who DO listen to the show) need to email the Ron Paul campaign and urge them to run the exact ad I'm repeatedly-suggesting. Today's rant, verbatim, is Stern Show Election GOLD. If we let it slip away and ignore this opportunity DESPITE HAVING THE MONEY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT, we'll only have ourselves to blame...
It's a pretty sure bet that NONE of the official RP campaign staff are daily Stern Show listeners, so it's a pretty good bet they WON'T know just how good of an idea not-making Howard work while paying him extra can be, but listeners like me know...Howard will LOVE IT. And he's likely to love it enough to make it work.

Please help give Ron Paul the much needed support he deserves - Americans need to learn about him so they can vote for freedom and the constitution!!!
Don't overkill the message
Howard mentioned that he had received many emails from listeners. So he's definately onboard. I don't think we really need to flood him with any more e-mail.
Howard mentioned something about having Ron Paul on the show. I definately think the ball is in the campaign's court right now, they need to make this happen. The door is open now. If they don't, its a huge loss as Howards fan base are extremely loyal and dedicated to all things Howard, and many take his word as gospel.
I know that somebody contacted the Paul HQ yesterday, and hopefuly the get the jist of how important this could be. Not sure what else we can do to make sure the compaign gets on this right away.
Agreed. If not a Stern listener
PLEASE, do NOT email the show. They know. Do something productive, instead of potentially pissing Fred off.

Listen Live
http://www.sirius.com/siriusinternetradio
If anyone wants to listen live to the show today you can get a 3 day pass for free and listen online. He’s got 2 channels: 100 is live and 101 is the west coast feed (delayed 2 hours so you can hear what you missed so far this morning). Warning content not for the faint of heart but usually pretty entertaining.
Maybe we can even support him in return with a few new Sirius subscriptions.

Are there any good-looking
Are there any good-looking girls out there near the sirius studios that knows the issues that can support Dr. Paul? You'll probably need some RP "pasties" to get inside and get on the show. Often times, girls show up and end up on the show if they do some outrageous stunt. And Howard gives them a few minutes to plug their issue/product.
