... I was a bit surprised to see this on the front page. I've noticed a change in the DP lately - there has been some change in the editorial aspect.
Personally, I don't think the 9/11 stuff is good for the front page of the DP... it has nothing to do with Paul's position on the subject, and it turns folks off... but being on the Front Page of THE grass-roots Ron Paul site makes it look like that is what we are about... it isn't.
Someone said the DP isn't all about Paul... isn't it? If it isn't, shouldn't it be while we are in the heat of battle?

Hopefully it's changing back to the way it used to be, when no topics were out of bounds, and only rude posts were taken down. The last 8 months or so this site has been completely lame compared to what it was in '08.

i cant believe how many people are so scared. i mean really, if you honestly think a youtube video has the ability to stop the message of LIBERTY.... when it is the very essence of liberty to speak your mind openly without fear of reprisal.
do people not realize what the NDAA2012 is all about? have you not read the National Disaster Preparedness Executive Order? i guarantee you Ron Paul has!
have you not even considered why (in an election year especially) obama would sign a bill allowing military indefinite detention of US citizens, and then issue an executive order that allows the cabinet heads to take full control of every aspect of the economy and society under their specific bailiwick?
right now, more than ever before, we NEED PEOPLE to wake up EVERYONE they possibly can... in any way, shape, form or fashion imaginable.
when the things Ron Paul has been saying for decades begin to materialize, and the things everyone accused Alex Jones of being crazy for discussing, become front page headlines on a daily basis... i would say that anyone who is dissenting to the dissemination of knowledge (which is power) is working counter to the message of LIBERTY.
and that is what is MOST IMPORTANT.....

Don't get me wrong... I love conspiracy theory, but I don't believe 99% of them... still, Daily Paul is NOT Ron Paul and to not attend a luncheon for Ron Paul because of Daily Paul is not fair to Ron Paul or the rEVOLution.
Ron Paul, and many of us, are not "truthers" or "Birthers". And you are correct about Ron Paul pointing out "Blow back" as a reason for 911.
I hope you go to the luncheon. I went to one back in 07 and it was wonderful. I met wonderful people. The food was outstanding. I got to meet Ron, shake his hand, have him sign my tee shirt and books.. he's a sincerely a nice man. I'll never forget that luncheon. Forget about the stuff you don't like... Ron Paul just drew over 10K in LA... I could hear the crowd, they were screaming Ron Paul. My friend who was there told me it was a historic moment.. so go to the luncheon because soon, I have a feeling people like you and me, are not going to have the opportunity... Ron Paul's star is rising very rapidly, despite YouTubes like the one that is upsetting you. "Freedom is popular" People need the freedom to be wrong. Let them be, and don't miss out because of them.

Yeah, it's just that it's a lot of money all at once (will almost max me out on donations) and it starts to feel pointless when I see so many here doing something that I feel will harm the campaign more than I can help.
I'm thinking he'll probably hold some rallies in TX next week since he's doing the luncheon, or at least some time soon, so I will go to one of those instead.
There are people here that don't understand that this can seriously damage the campaign. I've seen neocon bloggers that like to reference this blog on things they don't agree with. This blog gets a lot of attention.

The events in CA are HUGE because they are FREE. People DON'T have $350.00 for a lunch. That's OK. Those who do are buying more than lunch, but a very special moment with a very special man, and in many ways, that is priceless.
To say that others are pushing folks away though... That's your own "comspiracy theory".
People are attracted to Ron Paul for his message of Freedom and Restoring the Republic. It takes many people to win an election, and all those people are not going to agree or see eye to eye. When you see big differences in a campaign, you are seeing a winner, for a winner is able to herd cats like us.
We have many reasons to not get along and like each other, and to focus on that, is what is not doing Ron Paul any service. Maturity teaches us that we all make mistakes, we all make poor choices, we are not going to agree with everyone, but there's no reason to play those cards. Instead, we focus on the good, like Ron Paul, and hope others will appreciate that. Chances are, many will not, so we focus on the good anyway.
Daily Paul gets allot of attention because Michael Nystrom gives people room to make idiots of themselves and in that some real gems are brought to light. We have had chemtrail, UFOs, aw man, every conspiracy story out there, this blog has shared them all.. Daily Paul could be a reference for a book, "How many ways did 911 happen?" But many of us, don't care, LOL when we see it, and focus on the other stories, like MSM censorship and how to get through, or what the campaign is or isn't doing, or where Ron Paul will show up next, or how about that Ronvoy to Tampa? What a deal!! Gee, I've bought allot of great products from wonderful, talented people here. I think Daily Paul is great because it's not a one stop shop, but spans, fearlessly, issues that many people dare not go. So we go... and enjoy!

This T.V segment isn't really about 9-11 conspiracies whatsoever: If you watch it, its just a joke done by the Corbett Report.
It just covers the media's statements with one focus: The official story of 19 people using box-cutters is just a theory, at this point.

all you have to do is use your head and do some reading, and you will see the truth. if you think that just discussing 911 causes infighting and divides people, then you haven't seen anything. once you get peoples religious beliefs involved... it always goes downhill from there. James makes the point accurately at the end about being a batsh*t crazy tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy theorist if you will even consider these things...

But an even more important and intelligent question needs to be asked first."Do you really think this will help Ron Paul's campaign if the press attaches it to him?" or do you even care?. I think that even if we have the most support, the establishment is going to steal the election and nobody will do anything about it unless we wake people up. All our tiptoeing around 9/11 and avoiding certain topics is going to keep people ignorant, and when they steal the election nobody will believe it's possible, so nothing will happen and the status quo will continue. Getting the most supporters isn't enough. We need people with their eyes open or our attempt to win the election is pointless. Even if they let him be president, the media is still the media, and they'll make sure public opinion turns against him unless the public has figured out the full-scale deception agenda that the media employs. 9/11 is actually one of the easiest ways to demonstrate this agenda to open-minded people. Ron Paul is one of the others. They go together whether you want them to or not. I don't want this site to become 9/11 central, but when there's new info or analysis (that supports or opposes the official story) and the media ignores it, it's our duty as informed citizens to give it consideration regardless of our prejudicial feelings on the matter. Remaining silent because we "should" is the definition of oppression.

As you know I also have questions about what happened that day. But prudence seriously needs to be considered due to the very critical timing with Ron's campaign. These 911 threads perpetuate into dozens within a couple days. You have seen this I know. I have seen it completely reduce Ron Paul threads down to just one or two left on the board. To revive this right now will seal Ron's failure in the election. If the press attaches it to him at this critical time it will also seal his failure. I really think common sense priorities need to be made or just throw in the towel right now. It is very hard for me to understand why no one can see this? I want answers too, but can we please get Ron Paul elected as a first priority? If they continue then they truly do NOT have Ron's interests at heart.

I've been listening to Dr. Paul's message a long time. He is consistent. That is indeed refreshing.
Fact is the wars of this millennium were all started on false premises that were created after the September Event following the script passed by Congress ans signed by Clinton in 1998 or 99.
The death of bad idea one holds takes 5 steps: Denial, Anger, Depression, Bargaining and Acceptance.
I see a lot of denial and anger, but that is healthy not divisive. Growing up and changing oneself in order that one's thinking better reflect reality is a difficult challenge.

Questioning this very extensive and important subject that truly needs to be investigated. But really,The timing is wrong man. We need to stay on track right now,It is a VERY critical at point in time. None of these theories will ever be proved unless we have Ron in there to create the environment to prove them. So where lies the priority Paul? I am letting it go for now man, We will see how it turns out if this action follows through.
