.. now that I've calmed down (LOL), I would say that he seemed to be caught off-guard by some of the claims. I'm also curious if anybody else thought that Tucker looked (literally) a little red in the face at the conclusion - did anybody else catch that?
I guess I see it differently (as usual).
They ignored him thinking that would make this go away. That hasn't worked. I think it means they "know" something they aren't reporting, and it's making them very nervous. Why else didn't they go after him before now? I believe this is good news. They only attack "each other". This must be Dr. Paul's initiation into "one of us".

We have just witnessed the "swiftboating" of our man. Or worse (and suspiciously ironic) like in 2000 when George Bushes camp spread the rumors that John McCain was mentally unstable from the Vietnam experience. His campaign sank like a stone. Clearly the "New Republic" is an agent for one of the Republican frontrunners (my guess IS McCain, possibly Giuliani). More generally, they clearly favor the establishment, status quo of the Republican Party platform.
I switched parties to vote in this election, but if our man does not win I will be changing back to independent as soon as possible. The Republican party has no low that is TOO low.
I'm off to take a shower, I just hope I can get this increasing stink off me before it sets in.

He said it wasn't fair for Fox to have left RP out of the forum last night, but he didn't waste any time telling everyone that he doesn't like RP and doesn't have any respect for him. This is where it gets hairy, folks. The powers that be are frightened at RP's success and will use every trick in the book to stop him. He's too much of a threat to the establishment for them not to fight till the death.

I could not believe what Tucker Carlson entertained with that schmuck from The New Republic. RP a neo-confederate (what is that?), racist. . . . .???? I don't know when I have ever been so angry! Tucker did comment that all of those charges went "right over his head"; however, words cannot be taken back once they are spoken, and I hold him personally responsible for that horrible verbal attack. This is the most disgusting smear job on RP so far. But, we all need to be reminded that we are in the third stage of the Ghandi statement, "then they attack you, and then you win."
