Anyone else going to lunch in San Antonio?

I made my contribution, but am feeling uneasy because the campaign hasn't sent me any kind of confirmation that I'm on the list for the lunch. They're not returning emails and the contact phone number just rings forever.

Plan to

See Dr. Paul in San Antonio. Last time was when he delivered two of my sons!

If I were in Austin and

Ron Paul was a few hours away, Id make the trip. In fact, I am two hours away from College Station and I am psyched that he is "so close" and I'm going.

Simple. Start Caravans from Austin to San Antonio Dallas to Ft.

Worth!!!! None of them are far from each other. Would that not be cool? A liberty train, single file, all decked out with signs and 1000's of supporters. Black That Out! I dare you!!! Know any Austin Ron Paul Meetup members? Get it going. Dallas supporters? I hear Ron Paul has a HUGE following in Austin. Get Alex Jones to promote it!

He's skipping Austin?

His whole campaign was launched at the tea party rally there in 2007. thats kinda a snub. Is his election team clueless?

Contact Austin's Youth for

Contact Austin's Youth for Ron Paul. They seem to be the ones to get the ball rolling in all these towns. Paul has limited funds, so while you're at it - donate to his campaign.

Don't take it badly!

I'm sure he's not "snubbing" Austin intentionally! But he knows he has your support, and he's grateful for it!

He isn't going around having these town halls so that people who already know about him can just have the enjoyment of seeing him, necessarily. He's going where he's NEVER gone before, so people who HAVEN'T seen him can hear what he's about! And that's so much more important than worrying about hurt feelings from Austin!

Support him! Don't think of it as a snub - think of it as forward moving progress! Promote it every way you can, and get as many people from all over TX to one of the three events he is holding.

FYI, I drove to Washington DC from Kansas to see him in 2008. Surely people in Austin can drive to Fort Worth if they really want to see him so badly! <3

may 19th

already looking to be at the event held by Youth for Ron paul on may 19th i'm sure :)

Going to Fort Worth

I'm going to the Fort Worth event, and I'm bringing my brother (a huge Ron Paul supporter), and two friends, one of whom converted me, and another who is leaning toward Gingrich who we have been trying to convert for a while now. I think seeing Ron Paul in person will be all he needs to see the light.

Supporting Ron Paul...

is of free will made by an intelligent human beings. We don't want any one converting because its not a religion or some sort of cult or secret society. You either see that light or you don't.

The Libertarian Party, irrelevant since 1971.

Converting is not a religious term. Just a verb (convert).

It takes a human being to talk to another human being so one can see the light, much like education. while you make up your own mind.

One definition of converting is :- Cause to change in form, character, or function. Nothing religious here.

I'm going to Ft. Worth with

I'm going to Ft. Worth with about 10 others from Tyler.
We are going to glean delegates for RP there.
There will be way more than 3,000.
My guess is that they will move it to the Cow Palace
The historic Cow Palace Arena's seating capacity varies from 10,300 to 16,500.

Reminder!

Please try to do this!

1. Prior to Ron Paul taking the stage ask everybody to remain still and silent for just a few moments with signs down at their feet.

2. Ask the person at the podeum to state: Please raise your hand if you are in fact going to CAST a vote for Dr. Ron Paul in this primary election.

3. It would also be good if signing charts (note-pads) could be passed out among the crowd to have people sign it if they are going to vote for Ron Paul.

I have been to many events where multiple note-pads have been passed around starting at different sections of the audience to acquire signatures. A Ron Paul rally should be no different.

Once the signatures have been obtained they could be tallied and posted on the 'net. The show of hands should be photographed and YouTubed.

voter reg

I'm a deputized voter registrar for Bexar county and I guarantee you that I will be out ALL DAY in the plaza and near his hotel (San Antonio) getting everyone registered and handing out info on our convention on Saturday April 14th, precincts in the morning, Senate districts at noon. :)

I wonder when that state will

SUCCEED FROM THE UNION! lol

I'm sorry, I can't help myself.

It's "secede". We Texans are kind of touchy about that issue. If the "lol" was about a pun on the spelling, please forgive.

Yall can't handle fires very well

last summer was hell for you folks, you all need to work on handling fires. Also drought and water is something yall got to work on but job wise you just need to limit the amount of people coming into Texas so the unemployment can go down since its a very business friendly state.
