I park my Ron Paul mobile in the front of the Church. When I was petitioning for a seat on the Republican Central Committee I went to my priest and asked him if I could petition the church. My preist told me:

"I like Ron Paul, you know this. But I can not allow you to mix the Church and the state. There is a line that divides the church and the state and I want you to respect this. I will register to vote Republican (he did) I will vote for Ron Paul, but not because of you. I will not sign your petition, not because I don't like you, or think you will do a bad job. I think you will do a very good job. But that is not why I am here. I am here for all these people's spiritual and moral guildence and not all of them are Republican and I will not give you the opportunity to use my name and have them believe I am not here for them. I really like Ron Paul, but I will not mix the state with the Church and I won't let you. The Bishop would not approve and the Pope would not approve. I hope you understand. Go with God and good luck on your state work."

Plenty of people at my Church point out how many Cathlics, like Santorum, Newt, Pelousi are dissappointing as Catholic leaders. The Pope is not interested in being president of the USA.

I know allot of Catholics LOVE Ron Paul because he seperates the Church from the state. We are well aware of the difference and respect that difference, whether Santorum does of not, the majority of Catholics would NOT allow the Pope to govern the state... that's NOT his job.

The Church has punished the perpetraitors, paid reperations to the victims, sold properties to pay millions to the victims. The Church has issued a NO tolerance for abuse of any kind and has made weekly statements encouraging anyone and everyone to bring forth suspicions... not evidense.. no need for evidense. IF YOU THINK ANYONE CONNECTED WITH THE CHURCH IS ABUSING ANYONE.. REPORT IT IMMEDIATELY: REPORT IT TO 911, REPORT IT TO THE PARISH BISHOP, REPORT, FILE COMPLAINT.. The Church is NOT protecting pedofiles at all.

Some think the Church is going too far by not seeking proof of abuse but accepting suspicion.. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SUSPECT A Preist, Deacon, secretary, nun, anyone in the church.. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SUSPECT they are abusing anyone sexually, and the Church is firing them.. NO TOLERANCE, and the Church is PAYING the victims... you can and will be paid for outting any perpetrator. GO FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know any other church offering this kind of PROTECTION to their members. Do you?

Your accusations are WRONG. The Church made mistakes, has paid for those mistakes and continues to offer retribution to anyone claiming to be a victim based of SUSPECTION, NOT evidense. So I suggest you make you claim or forget it... all you are doing is exposing the HATRED in your heart. It's unfounded. Hundreds of men and women are millionaires and multimillionaires and their perpetraitors are in prison. If you have a better plan, present it. Church will listen. would agree with that quote? I would guess probably about 90% of them. Mainline Protestantism in this country, IS in shambles. The Episcopalians and Presbyterians (mainline Protestant denominations) are only about half of what they were only a few decades ago.

I don't think there's anything sinister about Opus Dei. The Da Vinci Code is a work of fiction. I'm hardly a Santorum supporter; it's just that this is a non-issue, in my opinion.
