Paul Backer Wins Re-Election As Iowa Chairman

In Iowa, A.J. Spiker, a top Ron Paul backer and real estate agent narrowly won election as state GOP chair – a development that has worried party veterans there.

One Iowa Republican noted that Spiker, a former county chair, “has never run a campaign before and is completely ideologically motivated.”

“I don’t think he knows how to execute a plan – communications, fundraising or field,” said the Republican. “He’s not a guy you have a lot of confidence in.”

Dude this is OLD news and he did NOT win "RE"election. He won election in Feb. Change misleading title...

and then READ the article: "In Iowa, A.J. Spiker, a top Ron Paul backer and real estate agent narrowly won ELECTION." NOT re-election.

If one reads the entire

If one reads the entire article, it would seem to bode well for liberty candidates since the State GOP's, not all of them mind you but a good number of them, are having financial problems.

Rachel Maddow just reported on it

And said the GOP were worried he wouldn't be able to carry out his duties. They think he will be incompetent. LOL!

Last Iowa Chairperson stepped down for primary failures.

So far A J Spiker has been doing good and is well liked. Somebody just wants to throw water on his parade. Too many worry warts here. Our governor was real worried that Ron Paul would win the state and he said that the top 3 tiers was what was important , not just the top winner. Ron Paul was in the top tier of 3. Poor Gingrich was at the bottom and not in the top tier. I guess our governor listens to the media too much. A J Spiker won by one vote back in February. I still hardly know anyone who voted for Romney in Iowa. I know people who voted for Paul, Santorum , Gingrich, and were for Cain and Bachmann. I heard some Masons voted for Romney at my friend's caucus. No one got up to speak for Romney at my caucus. Ron Paul won at my caucus. Santorum was second and Romney third. Possibly Paul's votes were inverted with Romney's. When I went door to door passing out Ron Paul literature, I got a lot of ayes for Ron Paul, but I only found one Romney supporter. A Romney gal at the county convention said "someone anonymous" paid for her county convention charge. I think we know who the rich person who paid her way was !

Spiker is a complete stud

and we need more of that guy in Iowa and everywhere. Politico can pound sand.

"It does not take a majority to prevail but rather an irate, tireless minority keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men."
