Politico: A Guide to Ron Paul's Money Map

Ron Paul’s fund-raising base is as unconventional as his candidacy.

Like his presidential rivals, he taps his home state of Texas for a good portion of his cash. But for the most part, he gets his contributions from locales that are off the beaten fund-raising path.

That’s the beauty of his small-dollar funders, who are spread across the nation but managed to deliver $16.1 million to Paul so far this cycle. Forget about fancy New York City events for the Texas congressman — his campaign is fueled by online ‘moneybombs’ and runs on Internet contributions. It’s rooted in a mindset, rather than a metro area.

Grassroots money and little or no special interest money..

Good article..Thanks Michael..

Oh it surely is....One that's not backed by..

Fake, air filled monopoly money sold at the grocery store.

The proposal is so simple even grade school kids follow it. Then they get trained, because they want to learn more about Dr. Ron Paul!!

It's the only way we get back control of the Justice System & Judiciary. Through opening up Silver/Gold backed tender nation wide again. The Fed's notes can compete against Silver/Gold and find out where everyone's loyalty lies.

Corruption gets tossed out/displayed on T.V.
Then, Gold & Silver is also a national choice for you and for me. Those who hate any of that, can keep using Fed notes.

Ultimately the Senate returns to our people as well, they just won't go close to as quietly.

Donations by Canadian

Anyone know the options for non-US residents to donate? I know I can't donate directly to the campaign but can I donate to one of the PACs?

Maybe ...

... someone we all trust (Michael Nystrom for instance) could send foreigners a Super Brochure--or something similar that would be given to him for free--in exchange for donations to his favorite cause and then he could donate the proceeds to the campaign or a Super PAC?

Would that be legal and painless (IRS-wise) for someone like Michael to do?

Work for pay, pay for freedom
Fuck 'em all, we don't need 'em

I believe PACS are ok for foreign donors,

but I hope someone with more certainty will answer.

I should have saved the link

A DP poster commented on this a couple of weeks ago using regulations, she showed even PACS can't accept foreign donations.

I'll just donate to the Daily Paul then!
