Report on Tampa Plans for Demonstrators and the Fight for LibertySubmitted by IMissLiberty on Wed, 04/11/2012 - 16:06
I attended a hearing in Alameda Superior Court in CA, yesterday, to show my support for the Libertarian Party's and other plaintiffs' case against the State for disenfranchising us in elections.
The case has yet to be decided, but I was interviewed for a radio show, and in the same radio show was a story on Tampa's plans for demonstrators:
Skip to about 43 min. to hear about the process to decide how much freedom you will have in Tampa at the Convention. Worth a listen.
The story I was interviewed for begins about 36 min. in. Proposition 14 was passed by voters; it claimed to open up more choice for voters, but has, in fact, reduced their options, as a maximum of two candidates per race will appear on the ballot in November.
