I'm from the pittsburgh area and had about 10 people ready to go whenever he came around. Unfortunately 75 percent of them will not skip the penguin game. The whole city will be abuzz about the penguins game and the rally is going to be lost in the exitement about that game. Then the 22nd will be in philadelphia with the game being held in philadelphia. Maybe philadelphia is different but in pittsburgh this event will suffer because of scheduling.

Libertarian Convention In Philly - Gary Johnson

On Sunday - the last I checked - the Libertarian Convention was scheduled to meet near Philly on the same date that RP is scheduled in Philly. However, I believe that the breakfast presentation will be completed late morning/early afternoon so I hope that they schedule RP AFTER the Libertarian breakfast. I do not have any more information so if anyone from the campaign sees this, hopefully, they will find out the details.

---> MOST IMPORTANT <-- (PLEASE BUMP UP)

Okay, we here at UCLA thought we were so amazing by having such huge crowds. Guess what, no one reported on it. We organized just a little and flooded NorCal local news sites with the fact that Ron Paul was coming to Berkeley.

What happened?

There was actually a decent amount of local coverage. It may just be that NorCal is more receptive, but I think a HUGE CONCERTED EFFORT TO BOMBARD Pittsburgh local news sites with the story will make it at least a bit more likely that it will get coverage.

BOMBS AWAY (WE SHOULD PROBABLY COME UP WITH A LIST OF THE TOP TEN). ANYONE FROM THE AREA?:

Extremely Important

Thanks for the tip.

Unless there are enough people shaking the trees, no one will know that Dr. Paul is out there.

In Philly, the commentators and newsmen all speak as if Romney has won the Primary and is now solely campaigning against Obama. If they mention Ron Paul, it is usually in passing, usually with a sly comment.

I sent out some emails to people in media who I know or listen to. Others should do that also. But I hope that the campaign is able to get him some interviews in each PA location as well as send PR from the campaign.

PA, WE DARE YOU TO BREAK THE RALLY ATTENDANCE RECORD!!!!

( : Ron Paul's home state. I bet most people don't know that. We need to inform PA voters that this is his home state. I think he would beat Romney then. Sign wavers, spread the news too! Have fun at the rally!!
