Hey Hatch: "Your seat" belongs to the people, not you.

You get to keep sitting in it as long as the people YOU WORK FOR elect you.

That's how politics and elections work.

Perhaps he should take a Civics 101 class at a junior college.

Obama Hatch

Obama Hatch (Senator-banksters) is sounding more like the original Obama every minute.

Vote for Hatch because one Obama in office is not enough. The GOP needs another Obama wearing a Republican label.

No offense, but shouldn't

No offense, but shouldn't Mormons be among the last groups of people who attack "radical libertarians?" Orrin Hatch owes his very existence to "radical libertarians."

As a Mormon, I have always been sincerely grateful for the Founding Fathers and the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Without those at least creating enough tolerance for the fledging religion, the Mormons would've been executed en mass, just as they would have been if they tried to get formed in any other country.

Problem is, most people don't realize that libertarians are the true Constitutionalists today. They still have this idea that they are drug-loving anarchists and hippies, not a group who believes in the rule of law and genuine liberty. As a Mormon, I do believe that most other Mormons would turn libertarian if only they realized the truth about libertarianism.

Just the title of this made me laugh! Keep up the good work, ye dog gone libertarians! You know your cause is just!

"his seat?"

Hatch, spoken like a true RINO entitlement Commie.

LOL good. the Statist punk is running scared of REAL Americans who'd rather have Constitutionalist citizen legislators trying to cull an outbreak of a Commissar cancer gone wild.

Predictions in due Time...

From Utah here, Sadly

I think Orrin's going to keep his seat. It MIGHT go to primary, but they've pulled out the fear tactics. "if Orrin doesn't keep it then we'll lose Hill Air Force Base" and "we need him on the senate finance committee to work with Romney"

Personally I support Chris Herrod and will vote for him if I end up voting at the State Convention (I'm an alternate).

Can he be defeated? Anyone from Utah out there?

I say it's time to show him who owns the "seat".

What is sad is that his challenger lost his home precinct. The people of Utah are so tacked into their collectivist affilliations that acting contrary to "popular belief" is anathema.

They WILL awaken, as all will, is is only a matter of time as it is accentuated by degrees of pain. I would simply like to see it happen before that elitist dufus sees another six years of power.

Wha? .....hey....who stole my country?

Dan Liljenquist did

But Chris Herrod did not. Herrod's much more of a statesman than Liljenquist in my opinion; he has a much more conservative voting record, and instead of resigning his term to campaign and fundraise (like Liljenquist did) Herrod served his full term to his constituents, putting himself at a financial disadvantage.

What are the chances that Hatch is ejected?

Wha? .....hey....who stole my country?

I'm not sure, to be honest

At my county convention yesterday I got the sense that most of the delegates from my rural community are in favor of Hatch, and most other incumbents. It's kinda disgusting, really.

But I heard that after the debate between Hatch, Liljenquist, and Herrod it's looking like it will end up being a Primary to determine the candidate, which I'm willing to bet will remain Hatch, but by a very close margin.

@FedupExpression If I'm the

@FedupExpression If I'm the only one to show up to the polls on Primary day, 100%. I then fully expect a visit from him where he will make his attempt to punch me in the mouth. I look forward to such an encounter. It would almost make up for years and years of writing to his office to decry nonsense special interest legislation pet projects like Sonny Bono, DMCA, TARP, SOPA.

I've already been instrumental in changing the minds of some state delegates to vote for others. So he's mad and me and all the other freedom lovers.

In the words of Joseph Smith “…we shall have the satisfaction of knowing that we have acted conscientiously, and have used our best judgment. And if we have to throw away our votes, we had better do so upon a worthy rather than an unworthy individual who might make use of the weapon we put in his hand to destroy us.” (Joseph Smith, Times and Seasons, Nauvoo, IV, 441. Cited also in Roberts, Comprehensive History, II, 208–209.)

Don't know much about Joseph Smith...

but that quote was decidely out of the red and firmly into the black side of the stupid line and progressing towards brilliance in an obvious way.

Wha? .....hey....who stole my country?

FK that traitor.

I'm offended by people who

I'm offended by people who they think they have a right not be offended. But I don't despise them, because I am an adult.

Doggone? Curse for real, or don't curse. If Santy can, so can you!

He's trying to appeal to the

He's trying to appeal to the blue hairs. His people scared them at the the caucus night with the whole Olympia Snow thing.

Love the audio.

Far as I can tell, radicals they are not....

Conservative Republicans, they are!

Orrin Hatch's record: Voted for TARP & all Amnesty bills

So...liberty is offensive to

So...liberty is offensive to you Mr. Hatch? I see the opposite of liberty as oppression. Mr. Hatch, Are you for Liberty or Opression? I would pick a libertarian over an oppressor any day of the week. I am no longer your straight ticket republican...and I am telling everyone I know.

“I despise these people,” Hatch added, “and I’m not the guy you come in and dump on without getting punched in the mouth.”

I sure don't hear Dr. Paul talking like that.

Also that prick Levin endorsed him the other week, maybe last week.I'll try to find it.It'll help to bring him down a notch too.

From last year.
Haha Hannity,Romney.#insidethebeltway

Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph.

The Bailouts
The Wars...all of them
has voted to raise the debt celing over 20 times
Expanding the police state
Creating the DHS
The Fed
and much much more.

We Libertarians oppose this stuff. So, He despises us? Really?

Hey Utah! Primary his ass!

Its not your seat Senator!

That seat belongs to the people. And if they want you out....your out!

Too bad, Orrin.
We're "doggone offended" at your evil record.

Time to take out the trash.
Down with the Hatch.

If Paul doesn't get nomination we can focus on races like these and oust neo cons like him and put in more Rand Pauls and stuff.

If we don't start with the Republican nominees, now...

We'll be stuck with incumbent and the Democrat choice.

We need liberty minded candidate for both Republican and Democratic candidacy.

Free includes debt-free!
