Is Ron Paul “Off the Rails” On Social Issues?

FABULOUS defense of Dr. Paul (linked from WND editorial section) against the charge by WND editor Joseph Farah, that Dr. Paul is weak on the issues that evangelicals care about.

...."Joe, my freedom loving friend, just because Dr. Paul does not share your particular theological or denominational view does not mean that he “isn’t paying attention” to God’s Truth. He is by far the ONLY presidential candidate, and one of the very few political leaders in general, who grasp the fundamental tenants of God’s Natural and Revealed law as well as the principles of federalism. At the end of the day it will not matter what church you attend, what eschatological end times view you hold or method of baptism you prefer: if Christians of all stripes do not observe the most important of God’s laws (The Golden Rule and the Two Great Commandments among them) and “Stand fast… in the liberty by which Christ has made us free” (Galatians 5:1) all of us will be crushed underneath the heavy yoke of bondage. Joe, if you truly value your God-given freedom, you will choose the only man in this election who has earned his stripes as a true freedom fighter: Dr. Ron Paul.

He's a freakin' neocon.
How much worse could he get?
