It appears that not all of the votes are in yet or else it was a very poor turn out. There was a total of 45 votes from both cities. I count only 18.

i honestly missed this - how could I - is this dixville notch or that town below it? I think its harp's something. dixville actually stole the midnight voting crown from the harp-whatever town in the 40's by "moving " their clocks ahead a few minutes before midnight and voting, and eventually the original town bowed down to them, but recently rejoined the tradition.
