LandRights.Com - Do You Really Know Your Rights?Submitted by vinceableworld on Sun, 04/15/2012 - 21:33
This is quite possibly the most comprehensive affidavit which addresses virtually all of the compelled, unknowing and unlawful PRIVATE contracts we have entered into with the federal "government."
I urge all Daily Paulers and Ron Paul supporters to read it, research it's terms and file it into their county recorders as well as noticing all parties who may think they would have an interest.
Our founders wanted freedom. If you want freedom you owe it to yourself and your children to learn about what it means to truly be free. We must become educated in law in order to secure it for future generations.
There are many, many supreme court cases which back up what I'm saying. We've been conditioned to believe we are subjects because there is a class of society that PROFITS from charging us to exercise our Creator granted rights. Those rights which SHOULD BE - SELF-EVIDENT.
Freedom - with their exceptions - is not freedom at all.
It is slavery.
My definition of freedom: "You can do anything you want to do as long as you do not infringe on the rights of another."
It turns out in law it really is that way. We have been deceived, for profit. You know this in your heart to be true. Isn't that why you are here? Aren't you sick and tired of the ESTABLISHMENT choosing our leaders while we are given the ILLUSION of choice?
"Waivers of Constitutional Rights not only must be voluntary, they must be knowingly intelligent acts, done with sufficient awareness of the relevant circumstances and consequences." ~ Brady v. U.S., 379 U.S. 742 at 748 (1970)
"The individual may stand upon his constitutional rights as a citizen. He is entitled to carry on his private business in his own way. His power to contract is unlimited. He owes no such duty [to submit his books and papers for an examination] to the State, since he receives nothing therefrom, beyond the protection of his life and property. His rights are such as existed by the law of the land [Common Law] long antecedent to the organization of the State, and can only be taken from him by due process of law, and in accordance with the Constitution. Among his rights are a refusal to incriminate himself, and the immunity of himself and his property from arrest or seizure except under a warrant of the law. He owes nothing to the public so long as he does not trespass upon their rights." ~ Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43 at 47 (1905).
The Daily Paul seems to be more of a popularity contest. I get that. Yes I've probably rubbed a few people the wrong way. It is only because I'm more interested in getting them to think for themselves than to like me. Sure I'd like to be liked... everyone does... but as Ron Paul says: "Truth is treason in an empire of lies."
It's more important to me that you learn the truth than if you like me or not and for that reason, you should like me because I can be the best friend you ever had.
