The Campaign should sell Silver to raise money.

Ever since seeing how fast Freedom Phoenix sold out of their dimes, I thought the Paul campaign should do something similar. Dimes, Quarters, Half-Dollars, etc. Make it unique by selling them with an autographed letter or picture or something. There can be alot of ways to do it and I don't really have a preference.

Part of this thought process comes from the less than stellar money-bomb we just had. There seems to be a lack of motivation right now. Just giving money isn't cutting it. I think some serious consideration needs to be given to a sale of goods.

We all know that the price of the Freedom Phoenix dimes was higher than most other places, but the mark up was to help the campaign. I think someone close to the campaign should float the idea. You can get bags of silver coins on ebay, it's not hard. I wouldn't mind paying twice, three or even four times as much as the going rate especially if it comes with an autograph of some kind. Maybe we could start having "Silver Bombs" or a "Gold-rush"

Just an idea, but if someone close to the campaign decides to pass it along, I would like to know. It would make me feel good. ;)

The campaign should sell money to raise paper? :)

if it helps the campaign?

if it helps the campaign? YES!! ;)

I'd love to buy some RP silver coins however what I don't

like is the entire purchase of RP swag from RP2012 is applied to the $2500 max allowable contribution. Had I known this earlier on I would not have bought my "stuff" from the RP2012 website, it is going to restrict how much more I can contribute to the primary campaign. For people who aren't able to donate close the max it's not an issue and would encourage them to buy ONLY from the campaign.

good point, and thank you for letting everyone know. Maybe an option to go eitherway. IDK. I guess I'm just a bit disappointed in the last bomb and was trying to think of something.
