Ron Paul has been ignored, slandered, and dumped by the gop

Why should we follow this neocon rulebook, no-doubt designed to stifle the possibility of attaining true leadership. Change the rules, we have to play this to win. In the real world I'll bet we already have 5 states to our credit, but the gop has done everything they can to discredit that. I am going to my states caucus on 4/28 to elect RP delegates "and I am all out of bubblegum".

Rule No 40 is why we need to win five states

Found it... Rule No 40 (b)

such office shall be required.
(b) Each candidate for nomination for

(e) If no candidate shall have received such
majority, the chairman of the convention shall direct the

Rule NO. 32: suspension of rules

Have no idea what this means or whether it's good or bad, but controlling six states (one to move, five to second) means you can make and and second a motion to suspend the rules. I mean, if such a motion passes, then what?

RULE NO. 32
Suspension of Rules
A motion to suspend the rules shall always be
in order, but only when made by authority of a majority
of the delegates from any state and seconded by a
majority of the delegates from each of five (5) or more
other states severally.

Can someone explain

What is that reference to needing 5 states to "get on the ballot" at the convention?

What ballot is that?

What you are referring to is

What you are referring to is that one needs a plurality of delegates in five or more States to be able to be up for nomination at the convention in August; it is in the GOP's 2008 Rules Adopted.
