Sending out Super Brochure in Nebraska!

I'm a fellow delegate running in Nebraska. I don't want to give away too many details. I am sending out super brochures (approx 1,000) starting with the new voters (18 - 30). My goal is to reach the entire county's youth vote (and maybe their parents will see and read!)

Does anybody know of good methods to get cheap bulk rates for mail?

Just ask the post office

Just ask the post office they'll tell you. I think it usually has to be pre-sorted by zipcode.
