Obama and Romney met recently for drinks?

The two agreed to talking points to use during the campaign as ways to devise differences between them. Debate issues that they agreed were off the table included undeclared war, NDAA, the patriot act, gov't run health care, gun control,the wall street bailouts, auditing the federal reserve and goldman sachs donations. Lavish lifestyles and vacations on the gov't dime were also to not be discussed.
Toward the end of the meeting a high level advisor floated the idea of dropping VP Joe Biden all together and flipping a coin for who would become president and who would be vice president.
Obama is reported to have joked to Romney that liberals would vote for him even if he told them he was for warrantless wire taping, indefinite detention of american citizens, and the continued use of Guantanamo Bay - where Romney responded that he could top that saying that conservatives would vote for him even if he admited he was for gov't health care, raising the debt ceiling again, re-appointing Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke, and increasing the national debt.
Plans on the seriousness of a unity ticket are only speculative at this point. However, sources inside both camps hinted that both candidates now believe the federal government's power, size, and reach is at the point where pretending as if there are two parties for the public's sake may no longer be necessary. The power is now so centralized and so large - appearances and illusions no longer need to be maintained.

...to me. But it certainly is true in terms of the "differences" between these two clowns.

but we need to pound home the narrative that Romney and Obama are the same.
Conservatives, tea party people, and regular republicans need to know that when they are voting for Romney - they are voting for Obama - they are exactly the same.
The hatred for Obama is so deep - they would vote for Donald Duck over him. And there is a case to be made that Obama has been that bad - that anyone would be better than him. But that is an emotional response. We need to get them to see - there is no difference between Obama and Romney.
If you go over the cliff at 100mph with Obama - its no different than going over the cliff at 75mph with Romney. It just might take you a little longer to go off the cliff. But Romney isn't stopping the train and he isn't stopping the country from going over the cliff.
We all know there is only one candidate who wants to slow the train down and turn it around. OR let the people get off it completely

They have again built this narrative "the hatred for Obama is so deep - they would vote for Donald Duck over him." Exactly!
It is exactly the same narrative that was brainwashed 08: "the hatred for Bush was so deep - they voted for anybody who would promise them CHANGE and HOPE." But change and hope for what as Obama and Bush were the same.
Its the same narrative again and again and people fall into it again and again.
