I am very surprised they would even debate such a fundamental issue. We desperately need constitutionalists on the Supreme Court. It's hard to get them with the Republicans and impossible with the Democrats. They all depend on their judges to enact more central governmental control agendas.
At least we would be assured that President Paul would nominate justices who did not serve the big government agenda of either party.
